I couldn't sign up fast enough, after my first evening workout. The Jiu Jitsu instruction is solid. Brian McLaughlin has a lot of knowledge to pass on, and his students benefit from his enthusiasm and desire to teach. The advanced class is before the lower level class, which is opposite of most places. Kids classes are also offered, and there are TVs in the sitting area to watch your kid and get yourself motivated to sign up for your own classes. Most boxing classes at other gyms are focused on just cardio or fitness bag work. Not so much here. You are going to get a solid boxing coach and training with drills to solidify what you learn. You will get the conditioning to go along with it. I'm not much for Muay Thai, but if you are in to that, I'm sure the training here is on par with everything else. Train here. You won't regret it!

The class is organized in warm up, punches, kicks, forms, free style fight, and closing. Thanks to the lifted restrictions, mask is no longer required. From watching them practice, I really appreciate how patient yet firm sensai is with the kids. My daughter loves the class and looking forward to her continuous training with sensai. My daughter is 6 so for her age group, they break out the kids by level and groups so no group is bigger than 7-8 kids per instructor. They have several instructors at once looking over the kids to ensure safety. I feel like they have the class well organized. This place is definitely geared towards girls instead of boys. For beginners I don't think it matters, but if you are looking for more advanced training for boys, I would go elsewhere. They offer 10 weeks sessions and gives discount if you sign up for multiple sessions (i.e. 6 month/ 1 year). Makeup class is allowed once per 10 week session. They also offer Winter and summer camps and birthday parties. For covid safety, they don't require masks which is great since the kids can get heated doing all the flips and jumps! They check temperature and sanitize the kids hands when they enter the facility. Parents can drop off the kids or stay at a viewing lobby while kids in class. I recommend this place for your little ones!
