This place made my family impressed and they came here too and had amazing results. I even took my 8 year old here and she loved the tan but we gave her a light one in case. It is absolutely family friendly, everyone here is nice. The place is so unique inside and I love it. Me and my family have had no damage to our skin.

It took me a while when I moved from Florida to…read moreArkansas to find a place to keep my Florida tan, everywhere in the local area was either really expensive or really sketchy looking. Finally I came across Bronze Bombshell and it is where I've been tanning the past year or so. The prices are the lowest in the area (level one bed runs you about $45 a month, the cheapest anywhere else will run you around $70/mo) and the beds are always clean with fresh bulbs. The girls who work there are friendly and always helpful. The other bonus- they sell their lotions atleast 50% cheaper than anywhere else I've ever been. The location is a bit inconvenient, its in a shopping center past the Kroger in Jacksonville but it's worth it for me. Keep in mind they get very busy during the busy season (spring break-beginning of summer) so I always try to go during non-peak hours during those times, I find the morning and the middle of the afternoon (not lunch time or right after 5) are the best times. I know they also offer spray tans but I've never had one there so I can't review that. They also have a good selection of cheapie sunglasses.

Before she had even finished the first nail, I politely asked if I could switch to a lighter shade. In my experience, making a simple color change at that point in the appointment has never been an issue, especially when the polish has barely been applied. However, I was immediately told that changing the color was not an option, and my request was declined. As a first-time customer, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer service. I understand that businesses have policies, but I believe reasonable requests should be handled professionally, especially when the service is still in the beginning stages. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor first impression, and I will definitely think twice before returning.

She recently opened her own salon and still kills the color game. In my opinion, She led the Faulkner county industry in balayage and baby highlights. So much so, I've overheard people ask her to host classes, in their salons, while I was sitting in her chair. You know you're with the right person when OTHER stylists want to learn your game. My teen took her a photo and Jenn delivered. We've followed her ever since. I've heard a client walk in and talk about her drive from Oklahoma, just for Jenn's services. Y'all. She's the deal real. Don't let her salon's newness fool you. She's not new to the game, she has just been in someone else's facility. She's now spread her wings and opened her own place. It's gorgeous.
