Terrible. The place has "affordable" copies for twelve cents a piece, there are literally bodegas…read moreand corner stores that have copies cheaper. I went there for a packet for class. The guy is so cheap that he fired up the copy machine and made the copies on the spot. So that he might not make an extra copy of a packet and have it lying around. Making me 25 minutes late for class. The guys signs and the wall have not been painted renovated since the 1950s literally there is a YELLOW tint on every thing there. Like yellow cause its so old. I rarely write reviews but I really had to tell the world how AWFUL this place is. He is selling an old computer from the 90s that is sitting there gathering dusk, and a non flat screen 42 inch TV that's also ancient and also being eaten away by dust mites. A) that stuff if probably unsold cause your cheap and greedy and have this idea that some one is going to pay you $200 for Gateway Computer from 1995. B) It clutters the place with garbage making the place grungy and more unacceptable in appearance than it already is. That $50 you MIGHT make one day, is not worth the damage that stuff has done to the presentation of your store front. Here is the best part, I asked him for a pen he said .25. im like okay that's reasonable. So I put my .25 cents on the counter he takes it AND LITERALLY gives me a pen from TD bank. I made a comment out loud "I'm pretty sure that illegal sir" Which he ignored. He lied blankly to my face and told me it was a cash only business when I know for a fact they take debit cards. I had no cash so after I insisted I NEEDED the packet for class the same day. He turned the credit machine on, the whole time whining complaining and lecturing about how he should charge me more now because he has to pay a merchant fee. I am really shocked i did not see a mouse or cockaroach the place was FILTHY, GRIMY, NASTY, and GRUNGY. Professors if there is another business in the area that provides a similar service please please please use them. Students go to STAPLES for photo copies. An entrepreneurs this part of Newark has room for a RESPECTABLE business with a RESPECTABLE appearance and RESPECTABLE business practices. I never felt compelled to write such a negative review for any one ever. In fact when I write reviews they are usually positive. But .25 for a FREE BANK pen! COME ON BROTHER!
