Now the tracking shows it's not scheduled to arrive until 09/23. When I called the store for help, they gave me zero assistance. All I got was, "just wait". They charged me nearly $200, promised me a delivery date, and now the package is still not here when I needed it the most. This store is irresponsible, misleading, and only cares about charging you money upfront. Once they get your payment, they wash their hands and blame "the delivery." Nobody tells you the truth, and they don't take responsibility for anything. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this UPS Store. They act more like scammers than professionals.

Terrible. The place has "affordable" copies for twelve cents a piece, there are literally bodegas…read moreand corner stores that have copies cheaper. I went there for a packet for class. The guy is so cheap that he fired up the copy machine and made the copies on the spot. So that he might not make an extra copy of a packet and have it lying around. Making me 25 minutes late for class. The guys signs and the wall have not been painted renovated since the 1950s literally there is a YELLOW tint on every thing there. Like yellow cause its so old. I rarely write reviews but I really had to tell the world how AWFUL this place is. He is selling an old computer from the 90s that is sitting there gathering dusk, and a non flat screen 42 inch TV that's also ancient and also being eaten away by dust mites.
