But this kid was nice but he destroyed my mother's slate walkway blasted all the sand out of the entire length of the path and left texture and linea and deep divets in her limestone masonry front steps. He destroyed the front fascia of the front entryway . He was hired to do the moss on the roof and convinced me to do the siding and the walkway for additional charge at last minute. As a result I believe he badly damaged 2 beautiful established trees on my property by bleaching them badly. So much damage. Got this recommendation from Angie's list I will be contacting them also.

First off he was impressively thorough in his work, and his reliability and professionalism deserve special mention. My wife and I inquired about having a large landscape bed added to the front yard and luckily enough we were able to get that, and a number of other things done using this company. He brought us back 3 initial landscape blueprints to choose from and he hit the nail on the head with what we were invisioning. So we went ahead with the contract and it came out just spectacularly. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the final result. He had an attention to detail that quite honestly, you just dont see anymore..and was great about staying within our budget range. Then finally, we had him sealcoat our driveway and fill the cracks, fill our paver joints with polymer sand and add 2 coats of wet look sealer, and then sanded+stained our 3 tier back deck along with building a custom food serving area around our grill with a 12×14 section of outdoor tile. In conclusion, we truly couldn't be more satisfied with our choice to hire this company. When all said and done, our home has a gorgeous renewed look that far exceeded our original expectations. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND UNDER PRESSURE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST COMPANY THAT DOES JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING, AND DOES IT EXCEEDINGLY WELL. We went back and forth discussing different paver options, styles, layout ideas, and pricing. After several site visits, we agreed on a final scope and signed agreement. Once the work finally began and the trees/shrubs were already removed, Francisco stopped the project and told me I would now need to pay an additional $1,000 because the patio would require a step. He claimed this made it a "different project." As a homeowner, I relied on the contractor's expertise. I clearly explained what I wanted from the beginning, and Francisco had visited the site multiple times before agreeing to the price. If a step was required, that should have been identified during the estimating and planning process -- not after demolition had already started. When I pushed back, I was told he could simply "put the trees back and refund the money." While I did receive a refund, I was ultimately left with removed landscaping, dead trees sitting in my garden bed, and no patio project completed. The most frustrating part was that everything had already been discussed, measured, signed, and agreed upon beforehand. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and poorly planned.
