They are not a trustworthy company, they did not check our Karaoke rental when we returned it which is my fault I guess and claimed that we did not return the SD Cards and charged us $330. The rental only cost $150 and I was even will to purchase SD cards for them but they stopped answering our emails and returning our calls. I am very disappointed in how they handled this and warn people to not trust them. read more

Horrible customer service, rude, and hurtful. I ordered a basketball net for my wedding 2 months prior to the event, they are SUPER slow with replying to emails, and I sent out at one point, maybe 4 emails with the same question and they took 1+ weeks to reply. I offered to pay a deposit, and they said no. The week of the wedding rolls around, I had to get in touch (and they said they would) to make sure it is good to go. And the woman I had been speaking to said it was all good to go and to pay the full payment any time before the actual event. So I had to go put in money to my account, made the payment a day before the wedding (e-transfer). Then, the evening before my wedding, I get a call from a horrible rude man, who I had never spoken to before who literally yelled at me, insulted me, was so horrible to me over the phone saying that my payment is late, and he inst going to give us the net etc etc. I was never told that the payment had to be made by a certain time, this was all new to me. He blamed me, showed no remorse, continued to yell, and say mean things such as "Oh well i dont care, too bad, your fault". I literally begged him to accept it and still deliver, because who else could possibly want it on a Sunday night? He refused, I begged him more, cried, showed compassion and human emotion, he still didn't care. He showed no remorse, no care, no emotion, no compassion, no heart, no nothing, even for someone's wedding day, and would not admit to his mistake of not informing me of the payment deadline. He didn't care at all, and was very disrespectful. Ive never been treated this horribly by anyone in my life. Even after begging, crying, apologizing (for his fault), he did not budge and continued to yell at me and blame me for sending the payment late. His logic made no sense--something about delivery trucks and schedules, and someone else wanting it (who did not even pay for it yet) I found loops in his logic, and he was being so stuck up, not wanting to admit his mistakes and just stubborn and rude to me. I had enough. Luckily I found Abbey Road entertainment and they took me in last minute. Anyway, this is a HORRIBLE business, horrible etiquette, and lacking basic human manners and emotions. read more
