When I moved to the area, I was worried I wouldn't find a chiropractor I like as much as my last…read moreone. Turns out, I like Dr. Smith even more! My husband has gone to Dr. Toy and had a similarly excellent experience. This clinic is relaxed, professional, and fast, I come in and get my adjustments and I'm out the door within 10 minutes. It's easy to get in quickly, same day and next day appointments aren't a problem. The office staff is pleasant, professional, and accommodating. They also take my insurance. Best of all, no hard pressure sales for packages or x-rays or other junk some places try to push on you. Both docs have been doing this a long time and are very experienced. I appreciate that they stick to the old school hands-on pop-pop-pop chiropractic work versus the new activators that a lot of chiropractors have begun to use. This practice is old school and professional, and the docs clearly know what they're doing. Dr. Smith has a delightful bedside manner, he's friendly and down to earth and makes you feel completely comfortable. I've been several times and in the waiting room, I can tell a lot of people are very loyal to this practice and they have a lot of regulars, many of whom seem to be dealing with major injuries. In my case, I do not have any specific injury, just chronic tightness in my neck and shoulders which will get to a point where I lose mobility and I'm unable to turn my neck very far to the left or right without tremendous pain. This issue is alleviated by a really good adjustment to my neck and upper back. Because I do need neck adjustments, I am very particular about who I go to, but feel 100% comfortable and safe with Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith always helps me and my neck mobility improves immediately following his adjustments, it's amazing. He's very knowledgeable about what causes my strains specifically. Overall, my mobility in general is greatly improved when I remember to keep up with regular adjustments. Which I'm bad about! Husband likes to get regular adjustments because he feels they help him with his hip and knee issues, he was thrilled with his visit to Dr. Toy. Husbands adjustments focus more on his lower back. Both of us have been seeing chiropractors for many years, and we really like this practice. This is the longest review I've ever done, however, if you have chronic issues and need this type of treatment, I cannot overstate how important it is to get the "right" doc to treat it. For us, this is the best!

I used the following criteria for this rating: 1) Ease of scheduling urgent appointments: one of my "complaints" about this office is the "banker's hours". That's fine - they are welcome to establish their own operating hours, but they were not conducive to my schedule - nothing late, closed for lunch and no Saturdays. However, when they are open - I have always been able to get in. 2) Office environment, cleanliness, comfort, etc.: This is a clean, modern facility. No "sexy" equipment or physical therapy rooms like some chiropractic clinics, but I don't need all of that crap anyway. 3) Staff friendliness and courteousness: I have only seen one woman working there as a receptionist, but usually it is just Dr. Cortez. 4) Wait Time: Never have waited to be treated Experience with Dr. Cortez - 5) Level of trust in provider's decisions: Dr. Cortez is very professional and knowledgeable in the different modalities of care. Dr. Cortez is very cordial and likeable; I just never felt like I developed a great rapport. Possibly if I had been treated by him more frequently, it would have developed. 6) Cost of care: Treatments are reasonably priced - however, the time with the doctor is adequate, but nothing extra. Point being, I pay $12 more for my treatments now and that is including ultrasound therapy a phenomenal 10 minute massage and extra time w/ the dr. I do not intend for this to be a negative review - I just so happened to find a phenomenal provider who goes above and beyond with her patients.

I trade them and say I've com for my spa treatment because in the time I am there they transform me. My knee. I've had problems for twenty years and one saw we limping one day and said let me work on that. I shook m head and said this has been Ike this for years. She worked in it and Bmac. Never again have I jumped. And I had been limping rom a young age. When I had a wreck she helped my knee and back. I don't asked in barely able to move and walked out standing up. Amazing. She really helps my neck--and she is gentle doing it. My harsh or jerky I've been to other doctors. My kids have been to other doctors in lawton. No one is as good as dr. Rose I go in and fill out a sheet. They have both cold and heat Therepy they use. Then I am out on rollers that really loosen me up. They are amazing. According the what's going on. Have ultrasound o the electrical pads. Then they run a massager over me to further loosen those muscles. Finally, they adjust me. Thirty to forty-five minutes You have to be careful about rough chiropractic doctors who tear blood vessels etc. I've never had that problem with Rose.
