We had a bit of time to kill before our 4:30 tour--you need to call ahead!--and spent it in their lovely garden and shop. One of us only ever uses their hand creams, and they had a wide selection of scents here, so we bought a whole bunch to bring back as souvenirs. The tour itself was well done because you get to see all different parts of the factory and hear about their history, process, and philanthropic work. Overall, not too propaganda-y. (The labs are "secret" so you're not allowed in that part. Eye roll.) Our only complaint is that the tour was too long--the hour felt verrrrrry stretched out. Otherwise, we had a nice stop here on our way to Valensole. It's a pretty incredible company with an interesting history.
