If they break something- they say in the paperwork you signed, YOU are liable!!!…read more So disappointed in this company. Their cleaners came to do a full house cleaning and broke our vanity in the bathroom and after being apologetic and saying they would take care of it, they then came back and said we signed in four different places that states we are liable for any damage done!!! Then Jon said he could find a slab for $100 and Zelled it to us, and said because we accepted it, that is all they will do. It's my duty to let you know that if anything is broken in your house by this company, YOU are able, not them. And the ladies that came were so unprofessional and I had to ask them to redo multiple areas that they said they already cleaned but clearly didn't. Shame on you Happy Home Helpers for not valuing your customers. Such a disappointment.

Avanti Lost a Longtime Customer Over a $500 Upsell - I used Avanti Green Cleaning Services for…read moreyears. I was a loyal customer, I trusted the company, and I was happy with the service. That ended with one recent booking experience. I called to schedule a regular cleaning after going a few months without service. Only my husband and I live in our home. We have no children, no pets, and we maintain the house ourselves. We were not asking anyone to clean a neglected or unusually dirty home. We simply wanted the professional cleaning Avanti had provided us many times before. I was told that because a few months had passed, I needed to book a deep cleaning for approximately $500. I explained that $500 was not in my budget and asked to schedule the regular cleaning instead, which was still approximately $300. After that, I was contacted by the owner, Leisa. Rather than treating me like a longtime customer, the conversation felt like I was being scolded for not scheduling more frequently. Leisa told me that because I declined the $500 deep cleaning, she could not guarantee the team would clean anything beyond the bathrooms and kitchen. To be clear, Avanti was willing to charge me $300 while warning me in advance that most of my home might not be cleaned. I explained again that our home is well maintained, that there are only two adults living here, and that we simply needed a normal professional cleaning. Leisa responded that she would put notes on the account for the cleaning team. That made the outcome feel predetermined. I was being asked to either pay $500 or risk paying $300 for only a kitchen and bathrooms. That is not customer service. That is pressure. Companies are entitled to change their pricing and policies. Customers are also entitled to know when a company they trusted for years is now operating very differently. Avanti did not lose my business because I could not afford a deep cleaning. Avanti lost my business because of how I was treated when I declined one.

There are few feelings in life better than coming home after a long day at work to a clean place…read morethat smells great and looks even better. JNS not only provides that great feeling, but they go beyond that to provide a level of customer service that is second to none, before and after their visit. My family and I will simply not ever hire anyone else in Las Vegas, and we're thrilled to see JNS every two weeks! From the moment I called, the experience was great. Even when I said "hey, I'm price shopping you against your competitors," the great service was still there. In fact, I think it got even better, because she knew I'd come back to her anyway after comparing! And I did. But what really hit me was walking home after that first cleaning. There's no better word than "miraculous." With a husband, two roommates, tons of friends and a dog, our house can get pretty messy. Everything is clean when JNS is done. And I mean everything! From the AC vents to the cabinet under my master bathroom sink. There wasn't a single area of my home that wasn't flawless. And the cleaning staff stayed until it was done. The first time, before they'd seen the house, they took a bit longer. I didn't mind, because I wasn't watching the time. But, to improve the service next time, they sent more people. They got it done in half the time. And I didn't even ask!! JNS is what every other cleaning service in Las Vegas should aspire to.

After conversing with five companies and receiving their estimates, I'm so grateful that I decided…read moreon Silver State Floor Restoration (SSFR) to clean and seal my home's floor tile and grout. In addition to the main areas, they did my hallways, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. Credit for my selection of SSFR goes to their representative Uri who conducted an onsite visit an estimate. Uri was polite, professional, shared his expert knowledge, and was believable. His estimate was the highest I received, but I felt most accurate given the labor involved, reasonable, and offered the most value in terms of his team's quality of work and SSFR's commitment to customer satisfaction. Because I was having some walls painted in my home, Uri recommended the floor restoration project be conducted afterwards. Three weeks later, Uri and his team of five guys arrived on a Saturday on time, professional in appearance, and focused on getting the job done efficiently and effectively. They carefully moved all my furniture items out of the way and protected them, my walls, and areas with guards and plastic wraps. They were very meticulous and thorough during the several hours of tile and grout cleaning, then sealing. Afterwards, they carefully placed my area rugs and further back into their original position. Amazing!! I have never experienced such a professional team, all skilled at their jobs, treating my home with such care, and working in harmony with Uri's leadership. Plus, all were very polite and well-mannered guys. Amazing!! I am so very pleased, I will be a return customer, and will enthusiastically recommend SSFR to others. Gratitude to Rachel too for her efficient scheduling, follow-ups, and customer friendliness. Sincerely, Ray

I am absolutely pleased with the service I received from CJJY Cleaning Services…read more I requested an estimate through Yelp and received a quote shortly after. In fact, I booked the entire appointment through Yelp and it was a breeze. The CJJY team was very communicative and professional. I was at work at my time of service and, thankfully, was able to let the team in through an automatic door lock. I am moving out of my apartment and needed everything cleaned before turning in my keys. I went back to the apartment during my lunch break & it felt like the stress of having to move out instantly subsided.
