Went in a few months back and asked if they had revived any James Charels pallets (it was a Wednesday and I was told before that's when they get shipments in) the girl I asked first was very nice and was not sure so asked another lady at the front and was told that ulta is no longer selling James Charels products and that they had release a statement about it the day before...I went home very upset being I had been trying to get one for a while. I searched and searched online could not find anything my mother ended up calling them and asking if they had gotten any in and they said they had revived 10 that day and had 4 left!!!!!!!! read more

I would rather shop at a Sephora anyday. I usually am not a picky person, but this particular store has a very small selection and often times is out of everything. Also, the workers are not helpful at all. I have been in there several times and never asked if I need help or anything, most of the time I have had to approach them for help. I returned some makeup one day and just wanted the amount put back on my card because I wasn't sure if I was going to be purchasing anything that day, was just going to look around with my Mom and sister. The lady at the counter asked me to go get the items I wanted to exchange them for. And i asked if it could be put back on my original form of payment, she acted like I was insane. But there was nothing wrong with asking this. I work in retail, so I know how it can be, but I was being beyond polite and not difficult what so ever. If there had been a certain store policy in place I would have gladly abided by it. But there was not. Upon looking around I found two small items I wanted to purchase. So i waited in line to pay for them. I was not greeted or anything during my transaction and the cashier actually looked at the girl next to her, whom had processed my return earlier, and said "Why didnt she just do an exchange? I mean is that so hard." I feel like this was very rude and poor customer service. I have not returned since then and do not plan to. read more
