If you value your hair and basic professionalism, avoid Trish…read more I asked for platinum blonde and was left with purple hair, more than once. On my last visit, she left toner on my hair for an entire hour, even while I was asking her to rinse it out. My new salon confirmed toner should only sit for a few minutes, not an hour. At that point it felt intentional, how do you "forget" for an hour when your client is reminding you? The result was humiliating. People thought I'd dyed my hair purple on purpose. I never asked for purple, only platinum blonde. Professionalism was also a major issue. Trish double-booked me and then tried to blame me for her scheduling mistake in front of another client. I had to call her out for that in the salon. What really crossed the line: during appointments she shared graphic personal stories (including claims of violence toward a pet) and repeatedly spoke negatively about her teenage daughter. That's wildly inappropriate salon conversation, especially with a newer client; and made me very uncomfortable. The salon feels outdated and not very clean. I've since found a different stylist who achieved true platinum blonde in one visit without turning my hair purple. just for comparison of how outdated the salon is my new one uses Dyson's like I do at home. Her salon had 1980s hot hair rollers. I did not let her put those on my head or style my hair because I didn't trust the tools. I even have a picture to prove how purple my hair was. My hair doesn't look all that purple in the picture. but you can see how ashy and dark it is and not blonde like I wanted. I won't be back. Others should think twice before booking.
