We love going into this specific Ulta store because its near our houses & we like the helpful employees there. Us ladies of "mature ages" love how sweetly most employees there treat us. They interact with good advice & plenty of patience for our beauty "education" I will mention YAZZY who is excellent during the check-out times! She is quick to understand & helpful with answers to our many questions & just overall pleasant. We appreciate this ! We love the products and wide selection @ Ulta. On Friday, March 27th my teenage granddaughter and I had a consultation appointment with Jordan Mitchell to discuss hair color. We agreed on a plan and set up an appointment for 5:30 pm today, March 30th. I received a call from the salon at 1:30 asking if we could come earlier so that we would not be there after they closed. I told them that I couldn't and they spoke to someone and confirmed that were were still good for 5:30. About two hours later( 3:10 ) I got notice that they had cancelled the appointment altogether and a voicemail saying I should call to reschedule. NOT A CHANCE FOLKS! Our time is valuable too. This is a dismal, disappointing and extremely RUDE first experience with your salon. Jordan Mitchell should not have made the appointment three days ago with us IN PERSON if she thought there would not be time to see us today or if it would be after salon hours when we were done. You've ruined the day of a super sweet teenager who was SO excited about getting her hair done today. (And probably told everyone in her friend group about it!) read more

This review is for Suzy at the Salon. I am visiting Milton to see my parents with my 14-year-old daughter. The weather has been all rain, and she has been sad we can't go to the beach, so I booked her a blow out with Suzy to fill some time. At the last minute we decided to add a haircut. All I can say is thank you for lifting her spirits and giving her an AMAZING cut and style. Not only is the cut and blow out the best she has ever had (we live in Los Angeles), but Suzy was so personable and kind. My daughter can't stop looking at herself in the phone and has already informed me that no one else will ever cut her hair again. We will see you again next July, Suzy! Thank you for making her smile on the gloomy day! I should also say, that the entire staff at this Ulta were helpful and friendly. I read some great reviews on Suzy D. and so I booked an appointment with her. I have short blond hair and finding a stylist who listens to what I want, checks in while cutting and actually does what I want is almost impossible to find BUT I found it in Suzy D.!!! She was attentive, professional and so friendly! I will definitely be going back again and again! read more

Me and my sister went in there to grab a last minute christmas gift for my friend and the employees profiled us and followed us around the store the whole time we were there. I think it is extremely rude. The lady that followed us around was a short middle aged maybe older lady with a receding hairline with a tight ponytail. Rude. read more

I haven't had my hair cut since covid started, but I knew I could trust Ulta, and I was not let down. I booked a signature cut with Nicholas. I came in feeling like a wet mop in a pony tail with dry damaged hair, and I left looking like a volumized goddess. He was meticulous with the blowout, and wonderfully talkative and informative about his processes. In the interim, the Benefit counter was also super interactive and did a wonderful job turning me from Sasquatch to having TWO beautiful brows! Great experience and wonderful service from all the staff. They also had great sanitization the entire process. Couldn't be happier! read more

Nope don't go to the new brow lady at the brow bar she will thin your brows so bad if ur looking for Peyton she is at fire fly Sloan if you didn't know and you call Ulta the new girl at the brow bar will tell you"oh yes ok " then give you a time then when you get there she will say she isn't there but you can use her instead don't do not do it she will shorten your brows and everything I am very disappointed in this company for letting her keep this up read more

I am getting married in about a week, and my makeup artist had to suddenly cancel on me so I'm going to be doing my own makeup. The staff was AMAZINGLY helpful, stuck with me while looking for about 5 or 6 different products, and even without being able to test or swatch any products all of them work PERFECTLY. I'm so grateful to the employee who helped me, and everyone who was so helpful. I feel confident to do my own makeup next Saturday, and I owe that to them. read more

I love Ulta and have shopped at the Pensacola location for quite a while. I was so excited when the Pace location opened because I could go there on my lunch break. The store itself is great-they have a great selection and it's clean and well organized. The only issue I have is that the staff can be quite rude. Multiple times I have heard them talking about each other. Only a few of them actually try to help you without an attitude. One cashier in particular always has a serious attitude. I asked if something was on sale because I thought I saw a sign and she rudely asked "Where?!" and then stomped over and said "No you are wrong. Do you still want it or not?" She didn't even look at the actual place I pointed to and when I got in my car I checked the ad and the product was on sale. I didn't want to deal with her again so I just left. I also work in a service industry so I go out of my way to be nice to others also in the service industry. read more
