The ladies that worked there were so helpful and made my first experience feel familiar. They had a sale for six items for $60 and 15% off on selected items. You will never be able to go to a makeup store or fragrance store and purchase high-end makeup and fragrances for such a reasonable price. The makeup options and colors were great to see because it's service all skin tones. They sell makeup brushes as well as anything that includes makeup. When I say run, don't walk, I mean run.

I was in desperate need for eyelash extensions for several events I had coming up. I am not at all…read morea salon girl and knew absolutely nothing about eyelash extensions. I reached out to Trinh on Yelp and she was extremely flexible with scheduling, informative, and even more personable once I came in for my appointment. Since then, I've become a repeat customer and she's always very flexible with scheduling my refills. Trinh is honestly probably the only person that I will ever go to for eyelash extensions. I've gotten numerous compliments on my eyelashes. She absolutely customizes the extensions to suit your features and your style. She's great about explaining the techniques, she's easy to talk to, but you also have the option to nap since the first time getting extensions can take like 2 hours. I've heard from other people who get extensions elsewhere that they could feel the weight of their extensions, see the glue on their lashes, or that their lashes were damaged after getting extensions. Trinh truly takes the time and uses quality materials so that none of that has happened to me. I don't even notice the extensions unless I happen to be checking them out, everyone tells me how natural the extensions look, and I can still tell that my natural lashes are still healthy and long (just sad and straight without Trinh's extensions). Overall, highly recommend Trinh's salon. I haven't gotten my hair done here yet, but I'm sure I would in the future.

I am super picky when it comes to my hair because I've gotten it lightened before at other places that completely botched my hair and made it bronze. Trinh worked her magic and in about 2 hours and ONE session I got my hair to the color I wanted. I liked her technique and how she applied the color in layers and gave it depth. It came out soooo amazing. The salon was cute and stylish and Trinh herself was amazing and so fun to talk to. I definitely will be going back because I found my new hair salon!

She gave me the menu , set my area up and offered something to drink. She did a great job on my nails and my toes. There were so many colors to choose from. I got the short, coffin shape with gel and gel on my toes. Y'all know I'm picky when it comes to my nails and the shaping. Like I've said before if it isn't t broke don't fix it. Well I had an issue and had to find some where different... I'm glad there were no limitations in her work. I told her what I wanted and she said I am so that. Everyone else complained or stated my nails had to be a certain length because they just COULDN'T do a short coffin shape. The prices were a little sooo for all the ads on but if you want what you want I guess you gonna pay it anyway lol. It was easy to set an appointment. It was very peaceful an just laid back. I will be retuning.

Why is there not an option for more stars?! Lindsay deserves at least 10 for sure!…read more I've know Lindsay since before she was a stylist, and to watch such an ambitious young lady follow her dreams and go after her dreams is definitely inspirational, and WOW! Her work is absolutely amazing, and that is an extreme understatement. I have been to stylists who have been in the industry for 20+ years who have no idea how to do what she can accomplish in a few hours. Everything from men's cuts to color corrections to highlights/ lowlights to styling to everything you could possibly imagine doing with the hair. I learned so much being in her studio today! For example, I didn't know so many commercial shampoos were 90% or more fillers and artificial fragrances, and the lines she uses (Kevin Murphy and Lumo) not only are nourishing for your hair, but I don't have to be paranoid about if my hair is going to be damaged and fade out quickly. For the past 10 years, I haven't EVER let a stylist cut more than 2-3 inches max off of my hair. I told her about my acute migraines I have been getting for the last few months, and she explained to me the weight of my hair pulls on my scalp and is probably causing the headaches. Having such heavy length and no layers forever, I was ready for a change and trusted her to let my locks be her canvas! I have always stalked her Instagram and Facebook pages and absolutely fall on love with everything she does! I just can't get over all the VIVID colors she does! Of course, I wanted to keep my "natural" red hair, so we decided to do a color melt (which I never even heard of before!) from red to copper to rose gold. So upon entering the Sola Salon entrance, I was super impressed at how each individual suite was customized to each tenant's style and I walked a couple of doors down to Lindsay's suite #6, and was so aesthetically pleased at the decor and the cleanliness and product selection. This isn't a place where you will hear a million blow dryers in the background and gossipy guests; everything is custom tailored to what you need that day, and by appointment only due to only having one chair in her suite. Which is perfectly fine bc I wouldn't want to not be selfish and share my salon time with anyone else :) Not only is Sola Salons blessed and lucky enough to have Lindsay Racca of Vivid Studio in a convenient location super easy to get to by Southside Produce on Perkins, but she is obviously the most custom-tailored stylist and a gem of a talent! Even if I moved out of Baton Rouge I would still travel here for Lindsay's services, and I'm sure 100% of her clients would agree! Outstanding work! #hairporn #yelpbrla #redheadforever #lovemygingerhair
