Joel has done an exceptional job in providing legal service to my family and getting us through hard time with unfair and bad faith insurance companies. Joel was the very first lawyer to answer my question through the email corresponds while other law firms just simply pass me off or did not even attempt to response. He did not try to immediately sell me on his service but instead, took the time to answer all my questions and emails free of charge and understanding the issue I was dealing with before setting up a face to face meeting.
