This carpet was home to a self-proclaimed party house and was desperately in need of cleaning after the last rager (pre-covid). What we expected to hear was either,"Y'all's nasty selfs need a new carpet", or "We did the best we could but the brown liquor stains are now just faint shadows now." INSTEAD we received this carpet that looks like new! Professional, great conversationalists, masked and all around fun. All we can say is thank you and we will be repeat customers to clean our bedroom carpets! Y'all need this service in your life, call them today! New year (maybe not new you) but new clean carpet!

I wondered, should I call a large corporation? Browse through the Clipper magazine to find one of those 'price may vary' coupons? I decided to turn to Yelp instead. I requested a quote through Yelp and the owner, Yaniv, messaged me back nearly instantly with pricing and even offered to honor a Groupon for $39 that I had found for two rooms and a hallway. I was able to schedule an appointment without having to call (this is huge for me when it comes to convenience!). My technician, Danny, was fantastic!! Huge kudos to him for everything he did. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He explained everything to me and told me about the different offerings that they had but did not push to up sell me (this is also super important when I choose a company). He cleaned my upstairs bedrooms and hallway quickly but efficiently. I have had a large carpet stain in my hallway since I moved into my home 6 years ago and it tracks into my spare bedroom. No idea what the heck it was but I never expected it to be taken care of with a lower level of cleaning. Danny got that stain almost completely out and I am extremely impressed with the result!! My carpet looks better than it ever has!! This was the best interaction that I have had with a business in a long time. No pressure, no altered pricing and an honest team of hard working people who deserve your business. I will definitely be using In and Out Steamers again for my carpet cleaning. They also do tile & grout, mattress cleaning, upholstery, air ducts, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning job at a fair price. Oh, and don't just go through Groupon...it costs the company money to process these. Just go through the business. They will give you a great deal!

He acted like the entire job was an inconvenience to him. He also stated that his machine would dirty the stairs if we did not elect to pay the extra money to get the stairs cleaned. It's ridiculous that he was going to dirty the stairs and not leave them in the same condition that he encountered. I ended up having to lay down my own moving blankets on the stairs to protect them from him getting them dirty with his equipment. Had I known the type of customer service this business provides I would've taken my money elsewhere. Lesson learned.

I hired this company to clean my home which included an entry way, living room, kitchen, small playroom, a child's bedroom, and a child's bathroom. I explained to Diane that I had injured myself and needed some help picking up. She said she would send two workers to do the job. This was NOT a two worker job by any means. She told me the fee would be $60 an hr. She put a hold on my card a few days before the job of $350. It was expensive but I went with it because I really needed the help. They arrived. We provided some lunch for them which was pizza. The workers were here for 6 hours one stayed 30 minutes longer. Diane came and checked out the finished work. It looked alright.... Nothing out of this world amazing to be honest. The big shocker came when I noticed a large amount of money missing from my accounts. She had billed me $750...6 hrs per person. She billed me $120 an hour! My home is small. My home was not worth $750 to clean. This is most definitely a scam. READ THE FINE PRINT don't expect too much and definitely don't expect her to be up front with you about the fees. I didn't think she would bill me $120 an hour. That's absurd! There are plenty of other cleaning services that I'm sure would never do this to anyone. Bad business in my opinion.
