Travis was kind enough to let us know that the office closes at 5. He was with a client. He made the mistake of asking us what was more convenient to schedule and appointment or wait but he was with a client and again we close at 5. I'm sure as the chase customer I was in the wrong for going to get this resolved after the the Chase call center informed us that we are locked out and needed to call back in 48 hours. Not a fan of the service or the approach. After scheduling an appointment for tomorrow I couldn't even get Mr Travis again. Anyways left a bad taste. Not a fan and won't be sad when they shut this location down. If the app worked o wouldn't have had to go in there. Now that I went there, I just feel bad for asking for help. Mr Travis may be in the right. With 30 minutes left in the day it was very considerate of him to tell us when the office closed and that he was with a colleague. Never mind the other agent who was at a desk two stalls up.
