Travis was kind enough to let us know that the office closes at 5. He was with a client. He made the mistake of asking us what was more convenient to schedule and appointment or wait but he was with a client and again we close at 5. I'm sure as the chase customer I was in the wrong for going to get this resolved after the the Chase call center informed us that we are locked out and needed to call back in 48 hours. Not a fan of the service or the approach. After scheduling an appointment for tomorrow I couldn't even get Mr Travis again. Anyways left a bad taste. Not a fan and won't be sad when they shut this location down. If the app worked o wouldn't have had to go in there. Now that I went there, I just feel bad for asking for help. Mr Travis may be in the right. With 30 minutes left in the day it was very considerate of him to tell us when the office closed and that he was with a colleague. Never mind the other agent who was at a desk two stalls up.

He either needs to get laid or get over his little man syndrome. People who are used to getting bullied don't really need positions of power. He sucks as a manager and seems like a pretty shitty person in general. It doesn't have anything to do with the way i was treated, but Jose's breath smelled like 5 cans of bounce that ass and he should keep gum handy at all times.

This bank misleads customers about credit increases. I was told that if I maintained a low…read moreutilization for six months, I would be eligible for an increase. After following their guidelines, I was denied for 'not having enough credit history,' even though I have multiple accounts and years of credit use. They also refused to review my income documents (1099/W-2) to prove my financial stability. Customer service was unhelpful, giving me conflicting information. If you value transparency and professionalism in a bank, I recommend looking elsewhere and this isn't the first time having problems with them. Beware and go somewhere else professionally qualified.

This is my credit union as of a few months ago. I'm very happy I made the switch to them…read more Requirements to join..... working for an eligible school district in the Gulf coast area; or also if you are a family member of some one who works for a gulf coast area school district that the credit union serves, you can also join. I love the fact that this credit union is so modern. You can contact them through text, phone call, online chat, or e-mail. They can handle most anything including loans with out even having to step foot in one of their branch locations. I love that, saves me alot of time. They have awesome customer service. The few times I've walked into the League City location and the times I've been through the drive through, they are always very polite, friendly, and professional. Their League City drive through banking is open later then any other place I've seen. Drive through is open from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday. Gulf Coast Educators is part of the 'All Point' ATM system. Which means they have tons of surcharge free ATMs pretty much in any City you go to. They're also about to roll out an update to their smart phone app which will pretty much be a complete overhaul of their phone app sometime this month, I'm looking forward to that. I'm not very into getting attached to banking institutions, because a completely different credit union I was a member of for years in the past left me feeling burned with how they handled some fraudulent charges on my card. After that happened with that other credit union I used before; I then contacted Gulf Coast Educators by online chat and explained the situation to them and asked if they would handle that situation better in any way. The agent I chatted with online, reassured me that they have a large department dedicated to handling credit or debit card fraud. Not just one person, but a whole department that would be on top of the matter and get it fixed. From how Gulf Coast Educators credit union has handled my transition over to them and their great customer service, I trust this institution. I feel like my money is safe with them.
