I was picked up at the Sault Ontario airport and take across the River to Soo Michigan without any issues. The day I headed back to Sault, Ontario they let me know a few hours before pickup they would be running late and compisated with a partial credit. Got me back across to Sault, Ontario without issue. The drivers are very friendly and plesent. They put me at ease, especially with having to go through customs. As someone that doesn't drive, it is a a comfort to know that there is a service like this available and that they will drive customers to places like over to Soo, Michigan St. Joseph Island, Bruce Mines, Goulais River, St Ignace, etc. I will definitely use this service again and recommend them to friends and family.

To all you mom and pop companies out there trying to make it. If you speak to your customers the way Cruz Cab does, you'll be sure to be out of business. However, if you take constructive criticism to heart, and actually care about what your customers say, you'll go far. Also please note, if you can't provide a service due to weather restrictions, demand or what have you, a simple yet sincere apology goes a long way. If you're going to be rude about it, than you've just lost a customer for life and this isn't the job for you.

Less than 2 minutes later as I was putting on my coat, he left! As I chased him down the street he finally stopped. He made me walk a block to his van. He didn't bother to turn around & pick me up. I have a leg disease & I was in pain & tears by the time I reached the van. He said not one word to me. Drove 1/2 mile then charged me $10. He didn't even apologize. I will never use this cab service again!
