I've thought a lot about my experience with Ubuntu. The therapist I saw was not helpful for me. I'm sure she's more successful with other clients, and I believe she did her best, but too much of our session time was devoted to her. She didn't go very deeply into the sources of my struggles, either. And the receptionist at the time was unpleasant to deal with. read more

I had not been having a normal "monthly" experience for some time and gynocologists wanted to put me on medication to regulate. Medication is usually a last resort for me so I opted to try acupuncture. I tried a few different clinic but Katie is phenomenal. She truly looks at the whole body/ mind connection. I also love that she incorporates diet suggestions. With her assistance I got pregnant with an incredibly healthy, intelligent baby. Katie also helped me induction as I did not want a chemical induction. So happy with her practice and I tell everyone who will listen! read more

I fell in love with this place the minute I walked in the door. I signed up for "Funky Flow" on Friday mornings. Nicole Malanaphy is an amazing yoga instructor. It is like she synchronizes her fantastic music to every move you do! I get lost in her classes between the music and the stretching. The word "Funky" perfectly describes her class. It's like no other yoga class I have taken. I was literally blown away by Nicole Malanaphy's Savasana at the end of her class. The music was perfect, my eyes were closed and just as the music intensified, she sprayed this lavender scent. I immediately felt completely relaxed, yet energized from the fantastic work out I just completed. It is hard to explain how amazing I actually felt. I would 100% recommend this "Funky Flow" class to anyone, but especially to people my age. The stretching and breathing techniques are so important. Nicole Malanaphy makes it easy, yet challenging. I am now signed up for every upcoming Friday. I hope to see you there, I promise you will not be dissapointed! I would like to thank Nicole Malanaphy for her hard work and dedication.
