Incidentally, they didn't have any trouble texting me all of their inaccurate updates, means they could have called me to say hey the driver is here. Where are you, but they did not. I had to call back again after they hung up on me and finally about 01 10 the guy was there to pick me up, and even that was maybe five minutes beyond when they had posted on their website that the guy had arrived. The ride was fine and under budget, but the dispatch, and the drivers behavior in probably lying and saying that he hadnt seen me make this an overwhelmingly negative review. I ended up canceling my pick up for two days later with them as I do not trust them. Well to my surprise, she flicks me off for a good 20 seconds and then pulls out her vape. Once the light turns green, she is still bumper to bumper with me and then continues to follow me at an unsafe distance. It's scary to think that Yellow Cab employs these kind of people. I couldn't imagine being a passenger of a cab driver that has road rage, especially nowadays when people pull out guns on each other. Better off just ordering an Uber.
