Luis and his team at Sarasota Irrigation Repair made the "good" ones pale in comparison! We have a relatively unique set-up: our irrigation system draws its water from a lake behind our home and we have a large floating "duck" or "goose" that is tied to our irrigation inlet pipe that has a huge attached filter. Our floating duck all of a sudden started listing to the side and began sinking. I called, texted, and e-mailed the last company that worked on our system and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply...not once. I called a few other companies and one actually called back after I had the fortune to speak with Luis on the phone. I suspect that my predicament sounded like a challenge and he was out the same day to assess my situation and assured me that he "probably" could deal with the problem. He dealt with the problem in spades: after pulling the intake line and sinking duck, the company took the duck back to their office for repair (a bunch of holes, probably from other birds trying to attack the duck). The repaired duck looked better than the original. Instead of just using the old set up, Luis' team completely rebuilt a new floating platform and attached the new duck. His pricing for the labor intensive job was more than fair. I am delighted with their wonderful service and hopefully will use the company for years.
