Great tint work but customer service is horrible. Was quoted $250 for the front two door windows…read moreand brow for the front windshield with ceramic to be done over the phone and after the work is done, the bill jumped to $320. The manager was very rude and we even had the conversation before the work started and he said he' would honor the $250. Then he started yelling at me after I had already paid and walked out to check the work when I came back in to tell them they did a good job on the tint. Saying I was "stealing from his company" and obviously having a huge attitude problem. This is no way to treat your customers. I simply stated that he needed to calm down and watch his attitude until he pushed me to yell back. I left and will not be back. Highly do not recommend a business that quotes one thing over the phone, then charges more when you get there and yells at their customers when they were trying to give them praise on the work while walking out the door.

Within the same day he called me and said, "come look at this vehicle." I immediately went over and he put me in my vehicle in no time. He kept it in my price range and made sure that I had the absolute best warranties available. I am totally happy and would recommend you call him if you're looking for a new or used ride.

I have to shop at Toyota dealers online and have it shipped to me by mail, and still costs me less than driving into town to the local dealership 8 miles away ... simple greed and monopolist attitude... not to mention their slogan that "they will " when others wont.. I drove to Gonzales Texas to get a savings off MSRP...unbelievable!

I have tried multiple times on my previous jeep to get in and have what was causing a problem fixed. I could never get in. I was told to leave it, and we will get to it. Who can leave their vehicle for weeks at a time while it sits there? That Jeep ended up catching fire. Bought a new Jeep from a different dealership, tried to make an appointment to fix the problem, and again was told we are backed up. You can come drop it off, but we won't be able to get to it for about a week. What happened to you making an appointment and bringing your vehicle on that day? Why does your vehicle have to be on the lot to be in line? I wonder if it wasn't under warranty and I was paying out of pocket... would they fit me in then?
