They're very unhelpful and unpleasant. The process of getting a package and getting out of this place could be sped up by 70% percent of someone would just put some thought into the process. For about 20k € a new scanning and inventory system could be put in place which could make everyone ( including the employees) happier. Instead of the employees having to check 2 different computer systems, and then having to check 4 different inventory locations the system could direct them to 1 scannable location which contains the desired package. I really don't know why the employees themselves haven't done something. Please by all means, do not come here. It'll just put you in a bad mood.
