Yet on their own website, it clearly says: "Maximum dagtarief: €35,00" -- meaning the maximum daily rate is €35. When I reached out for clarification, the owner replied: "The hourly rate is €3.50. There is no maximum daily rate, only a €35 fee for a lost ticket".) So which is it? Your website says there IS a €35 daily maximum, but your response says the opposite. That's misleading, confusing, and unacceptable. To make things worse: - The garage reeks of urine - One of the pay machines didn't work -The space was dirty and poorly maintained For this kind of money, you expect basic cleanliness and transparency -- but I left feeling scammed. I highly recommend parking at nearby facilities in Hilversum instead -- they have normal prices, clear rules, and at least offer a clean and functional experience. This place deserves zero stars if that were an option.
