This past week I went and was received by someone who was very rude. Apparently I interrupted her lunch break. I didn't know she was the post office employee. I followed her from the parking into the building. Literally about two steps behind. She walks in and pulls the door behind her. So, basically closing the door in my face even though she knows I'm there. She then walks into the back room. She plays around for a while before opening her window. She didn't smile or say thank you or any of the pleasantries I'm used to at this facility. I drive out of my way to come here because of the service, but it's not worth it if this keeps up. I'll give it another shot or two. I hope the unbelievable service I've received in the past comes back. I've been amazed by this particular post office. It has been like no other and I've visited MANY in all the cities I've lived.

Wow... Terrific service from their Service Technician... I brought in my laptop with a damaged main…read moredrive... was not worth fixing... for the same amount I was able to purchase a new Lenovo Tower with all the bells and whistles at the same price... as a Senior Citizen with zero tech skills I was quite nervous about the setting up of a new computer... The service technician sensed that, and told me to relax... he would make it easy and set it up for me... He spent over an hour to set up my Microsoft Account and Chrome on my new machine... synched everything... all files and photos were preserved... and as he said... when I got home and plugged it in... voila... it all worked terrifically. I am so happy with my new computer... this young man deserves ten stars... real customer service... he took care of me...!!!
