My spouse gave her my documents without my knowledge. I informed the attorney that my spouse does not live with me. After I informed the attorney of the immigration fraud she did not immediately demand to have my spouse and myself come to the office. She withdraw from the I330 case on Jan 23rd after my spouse filed a fraud Vawa case. The fake domestic violence restraining order case was dismissed because I was not home and had proof. I also have a email chain that Marie sent me after my demand letter that shows she knowingly assisted in my spouses immagration fraud scheme. Marie emailed me a email chain that my spouses aunt sent her on Oct 20th. It had no subject line. The email had my spouses aunts taxes. My spouse then forwarded that email to Marie with the subject filled in with her name and " Spouses 2024 tax returns". I received this email after i sent a demand lettet Feb 2026. I also asked Marie why is there no follow up email correcting this fraud. I recieve no response. I also have the proof of unethical legal practices. There are only adjustment of status recipients from the lawyers office. On Oct 22 2025 my spouse signed a agreement with her that said she needed my spouses 2 passports, her aunts passport, her son's birth certificate, my taxes and my documents. She signed the immigration packet under perjury that the petitioner provided the documents to her office. That is a lie. She sent me 2 emails after I sent the office a demand letter stating that my spouse had my documents and that the documents were returned to my spouse. I have never been in the same room with Marie. I never payed Marie. I have asked what is the scope of her alleged representation with me. We'll all i get is that I cannot help you. But she had no problem knowing submitting fabricated and false documents to USCIS. My spouse has her hand written notes from her meeting with Marie. I have them as evidence. I just don't understand what's taking USCIS so long. Anyone out there if your looking for a attorney to represent you the run away from this office. This is 100% accurate and I welcome any reply or lawsuits so I can keep ringing the bell for fraud attorneys.
