A storm came through and caused some wind damage to our roof. It caused a leak that went through…read moreour ceiling in our bathroom. We discovered this on a Sunday afternoon. Josh came out right away to secure a tarp on our roof to prevent further damage. Once our insurance adjuster came out and determined that they would provide us very minimal coverage for the damage, Josh took it to the next level for us. It was a tedious and drawn out process but in the end we were awarded the funds to cover our new roof and our expenses for the damage to our bathroom. Josh was very on the ball and attentive to getting things taken care of for us. He came out and met with us to determine which product we wanted to use for our new roof as well as a tentative start date for the job (obviously weather permitting). When he noticed that an upcoming weekend had some promising weather, he reached out to us to confirm if this would work with our schedule. He arranged for the materials and dumpster to be delivered. On the day of install, his crew showed up and were all very professional. Came at 8am on Saturday morning and were done by noon on Sunday. Excellent site clean up from all of them. The only evidence that they had been there was our new roof and the dumpster full of materials in our driveway. Josh immediately had the dumpster removed from our property as well. Very attentive and accessible during the entire process from start to finish. 5 star rating for this company and Josh from our first encounter until the job was complete.

Ismael Painting is a new company, so his quote was lower than the others, while he gets started and builds a referral base. He told me he has four years experience as a general contractor and showed me pictures of the painting jobs he has completed. He also made recommendations for successful and long-lasting results. In three days, he power-washed, scraped, prepped, primed, and painted my front porch. Spanish is his primary language, but he does speak some English. He also told me that he served in Afghanistan, for those who prefer to hire veterans. I was impressed with his work ethic and very happy with the results! My house (white porch) is already posted among his photos, so I won't duplicate the photos.
