When I arrived the receptionist said my appointment was not until 7/25/25. She sounded like I had made a mistake. I had my appointment card that they gave me on my previous visit which stated 7/16/25 as my appointment date. I showed it to the receptionist and she just shrugged her shoulders. Never received an "I'm sorry" or showed any compassion or concern that I drove 45 minutes to get there. I felt I was being disrespected and she was very rude to me.

Also, don't even try to contact their office. If you have appointment or insurance or billing issues you'll speak to someone who didn't identify themselves at the start of the call so you don't know if you're speaking to the correct person. And his support staff might as well be a corporate call center and not a family office. There's nothing "family" about Family Urology. If Dr. haseebuddin is such a great Dr, he really needs to reassess his support staff and structure because it's impossible to work with his team.
