I've used US bank for close to ten years, and specifically the one in Morehead, and I've stayed a loyal customer because of the great customer service. However, in the last year or two, this particular location has changed; the wait is longer if you use the drive through, the representatives are much less friendly and sometimes it seems to bother them when they have to provide answers or info. I can also never get an answer if I call, or if I do, I am told to leave a message and someone will get back to me. I'm contemplating taking my business elsewhere, and I'll probably stop using this location altogether. read more
