Do not use this bank my fiancé recently opened an account with them to have a back closer to home and we have had nothing but issues first the app never works then we deposited a 1500 dollar check from his work and they put a 7 day hold on it refuse to release any of the funds at all not even partially so when we call to speak with the branch manager they never answer you so we are going to be late on our house payment because we can't access our money because they just keep telling us it's in limbo there is nothing we can do we can't even pull it back out to take it to our other bank why would you do business like this it's ridiculous read more

I've never had a problem with this bank until this morning. I went through the drive thru to pay on 2 separate loans that I have with this bank. I called the teller and she was very rude throughout the entire process. I was very disappointed. read more

It's been a Month and I can't get answers from anyone. if you're looking to get a person to help you or talk to go anywhere but here. Next step is my Lawyer will be paying them a visit. I can never get anyone to answer the phone. Covid is thing of the past and they still want to use it as an excuse so they don't have to actually work. I would never recommend US Bank in Morehead Ky to anyone ever. A 1 star review is too much of a "good" review too.

However, in the last year or two, this particular location has changed; the wait is longer if you use the drive through, the representatives are much less friendly and sometimes it seems to bother them when they have to provide answers or info. I can also never get an answer if I call, or if I do, I am told to leave a message and someone will get back to me. I'm contemplating taking my business elsewhere, and I'll probably stop using this location altogether.

They really make you feel like part of their family. My account got hacked into and was cleaned out.plus I was left $500.00 in overdraft. I was in panic mode and didn't know what to do. I went to the bank and talked to Alicia. She immediately went to work like it was her money that had been stolen. Two days later I went back and I was so shocked. She had got all my money back to me plus a refund for $300.00 of overdraft fees. Then she offered to educate me on programs on money management and ways to keep from getting hacked again. All this was done by a super friendly person who with a reassuring smile who said could happen to anyone. What banks do this?!!!! Every person I have met at this bank are so nice and helpful. When they are talking to you they never hurry. They have always treated me like I was their only customer. I feel like they all are my friends. I LOVE THIS BANK!!! And they in turn have a loyal customer for life. If you don't believe me just come to Woodforest national Bank in Morehead, talk to them and you will see for yourself. Tell Alicia James Creech sent you.
