When we go there the lot was jam packed with cars, it was hard to figure out where to park so I just kind drove to the back and parked and figured I would deal with getting out when the time came. There wasn't any Jeep's on the lot so I asked a guy who seemed like he might work there and he said they were inside and asked if I spoke with Faris. He introduced us to Faris and we followed him through the office, into a couple of sketchy garage areas to the Jeep I came to look at. He took my license and made a copy and gave us the keys and off we went. Decided to make an offer, put a deposit down and he said he would take care of all the paperwork with Secretary of State. Returned the next day, paid the rest of, signed the paperwork and left with my new, used, Jeep. I can't say that I felt safe, but I also wasn't scared. Let's just say, had I been taken advantage of in some way, I wouldn't have been surprised, but I was also surprised at the professionalism of these guys. Faris wasn't in when we first arrived and we were offered water or coffee and an apology for Faris not being there. Faris laminated the paper plate and put it on the car for me and shook my hand and thanked me before I left. The whole thing was just weird. On my way home the check engine light came on. I can't say I was too happy about that, and it turns out it is an emissions sensor. Can't help but wonder if this wasn't something the cleared before the test drive, but whatever. I didn't buy a used car expecting not to have to do things to it. Faris did have, and gave to me, all the auto repair receipts from the previous owner. Wish I had asked about them before I put the deposit down, bad on me. Regardless, I love my Jeep and that is all that matters.

(Mind you on the gas cap it says I can use 89) so I waited a while a couple weeks later I go back cause ITS STILL ON they told me to take my car to their mechanic to see what's the problem. They said I needed a tune up and they flushed my gas tank (blah, blah, blah) and said my light wouldn't come on anymore. Soon as they were done I turned my car on and the light CAME RIGHT BACK ON. Then they said it takes a while so I waited.. month later my light is STILL on. Took it back to them and they had my car for 2 hours doing nothing but blaming me as to why my engine light coming on (still saying it was my fault cause of the gas) so I told them I'll take it to the bmw dealership and to put my engine back together. Took it up there right away and they told me that it's impossible for my engine light to come on cause I put 89 in there! But I knew that already. They told me they wanna run a test to tell me if I have a bad engine. Here it is 2 weeks later and they're telling me that my motor is going out which is gonna cost me $4-6 THOUSAND. When I just spent $15k on this damn truck. I'm PISSED. Oh and my paperwork said I had 22k miles LESS than what I drove it off the lot. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DAMN PLACE.
