When we go there the lot was jam packed with cars, it was hard to figure out where to park so I just kind drove to the back and parked and figured I would deal with getting out when the time came. There wasn't any Jeep's on the lot so I asked a guy who seemed like he might work there and he said they were inside and asked if I spoke with Faris. He introduced us to Faris and we followed him through the office, into a couple of sketchy garage areas to the Jeep I came to look at. He took my license and made a copy and gave us the keys and off we went. Decided to make an offer, put a deposit down and he said he would take care of all the paperwork with Secretary of State. Returned the next day, paid the rest of, signed the paperwork and left with my new, used, Jeep. I can't say that I felt safe, but I also wasn't scared. Let's just say, had I been taken advantage of in some way, I wouldn't have been surprised, but I was also surprised at the professionalism of these guys. Faris wasn't in when we first arrived and we were offered water or coffee and an apology for Faris not being there. Faris laminated the paper plate and put it on the car for me and shook my hand and thanked me before I left. The whole thing was just weird. On my way home the check engine light came on. I can't say I was too happy about that, and it turns out it is an emissions sensor. Can't help but wonder if this wasn't something the cleared before the test drive, but whatever. I didn't buy a used car expecting not to have to do things to it. Faris did have, and gave to me, all the auto repair receipts from the previous owner. Wish I had asked about them before I put the deposit down, bad on me. Regardless, I love my Jeep and that is all that matters.

Yes, most all dealers of used vehicles will paint over rust, throw a bedliner in a truck bed to hide rust and rarely disclose any mechanical and/or electrical issues. Maybe so, but not unexpected when buying a used vehicle, so far so good though. Do not be afraid to talk them down in price here, stand firm and do your research on the vehicle you are interested in purchase. This place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for FEMALE, there is an admin lady who is communicating with you…read morethoroughly and genuinely. I drove around the Detroit metro area to see the deals from the dealership to any random independent car buyer/sellers for days. As a young woman, it is always intimidating to deal with car stuff/people. From the moment of buying my car; most of people tried to rip me off with insane amount and anytime when I had to go to get it checked or fixed, I really did not feel safe. Always I am trying to be skeptic and cautious when I deal with cars. Right before I discovered this place, I was insulted by these uneducated people from a different auto store called "Twins" with inappropriate comments and such "sweetheart" and "darling" etc. Most of people in this industry are not really professional and saying inappropriate things except dealerships per my experience so far. BUT the lady ( I am sorry for forgetting your name) greeted me like her family and explained me the reason for the price deal that they were offering. This place is owned by a family and they just started this business a couple of weeks ago. When I first brought my car, the owners were not present, so I went back the next day and they checked my car again and then we closed the deal. They are still in a growth phase; therefore, the advertisement still is on the way which makes hard to be discovered online. After the deal, I had to head over to the airport and one of the owner kindly gave me to the airport because I no longer had a car. I have to say regardless you like their deal or not, give it a shot. I liked their intention - they are kind and trying to build a trustable business in the area. Tips- If you want to sell your car right at the moment you are headed, try to target between 12-1pm or after 5~6pm because the owners have another daytime job and only can come stop by when they are on break or off work.

Rashard had it towed one of their shops and they gave my son the car back saying it was fixed only for it to do the same thing. My son had it taken to another shop which they could not fix because they did not have the parts which are very hard to find for this type of vehicle. Rashard had it towed back in January of 2022 to one of their shops for it to sit there because the mechanics are out because of covid. They play a mean game it will be a year in April that my son had this car and have only been able to drive it 5 times and still have to pay a car note on it. He paid over $6.000 and put $2,000 down. It's very sad that this dealership has no integrity they dont return your phone calls. I even went in to their place of business and still have not received a phone call back. I did everything possible for my son who served our Country in the United States Marines out here trying to make an honest living. He needs a vehicle to get to work!. I do not recommend this place its like walking into their place of business and putting your hard earned money into someone's hands and walking out with absolutely NOTHING. They are SHYSTERS and I will add more to it before I take it back. They will say as they do to many customers it's been a year like you have not been trying to get in touch with them again its a mean game that they play.

(My salesperson was Rashad) TWO weeks after I bought it my engine light came on. So I took it back to them and told them I don't want that car anymore cause ain't no way my engine light should be coming on. Rashad told me that it was because I put 89 gas in it twice. (Mind you on the gas cap it says I can use 89) so I waited a while a couple weeks later I go back cause ITS STILL ON they told me to take my car to their mechanic to see what's the problem. They said I needed a tune up and they flushed my gas tank (blah, blah, blah) and said my light wouldn't come on anymore. Soon as they were done I turned my car on and the light CAME RIGHT BACK ON. Then they said it takes a while so I waited.. month later my light is STILL on. Took it back to them and they had my car for 2 hours doing nothing but blaming me as to why my engine light coming on (still saying it was my fault cause of the gas) so I told them I'll take it to the bmw dealership and to put my engine back together. Took it up there right away and they told me that it's impossible for my engine light to come on cause I put 89 in there! But I knew that already. They told me they wanna run a test to tell me if I have a bad engine. Here it is 2 weeks later and they're telling me that my motor is going out which is gonna cost me $4-6 THOUSAND. When I just spent $15k on this damn truck. I'm PISSED. Oh and my paperwork said I had 22k miles LESS than what I drove it off the lot. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DAMN PLACE. Enterprise would be wise to see if the regional managers are misusing and abusing the brand name to fulfill personal and private agendas and if they are actually following protocol or doing whatever the hell they want without regard to anything, anyone but themselves. I'm missing a $1000 dollars deposit and no car. When a customer puts a deposit on a vehicle, that means they are interested in that vehicle, and are going to purchase it, full payment. They dont expect to come back p and be told "Oh someone else wanted that car" and have the rug be pulled from under you without a warning of any kind. And your money disappeared. Not refunded. You Enterprise know what it is your "representatives" are doing ? You may want to reel them in and make sure their behavior is in line with corporate policy. Would strongly urge Enterprise to come take a look at "Detroit Hustle" monkey business of misuse and abuse of privilege and position to fill personal private needs. I would NOT recommend Enterprise Car Sales. Move on. I'm still missing that $1000 deposit. Never bothered to return it. So unless you want a letter from the district attorney about theft of customers money, I suggest you refund that fee for services not rendered. The "Detroit Hustle" is way too strong here @ Enterprise Car Shenanigans.
