In a normal circumstance, I'd say I recommend this location but you can't really choose so good luck. You can only come inside 15 minutes before your appointment. I always came 30 minutes early and wait in the car to be sure I won't late. There's a lot of parking too. You need to show them your appointment notice for them to let you in. The security guards are serious but polite. After going through security, you need to go to the check-in booth so that they can notify your interviewer that you're there. Then you would go wait in the waiting area. The waiting area is spacious and usually doesn't have many people. You'd probably wait about 15 minutes before the officer calls you in. If you come in for a citizenship interview and you pass the test, the officer will tell you to wait in the waiting area to receive more information regarding the oath ceremony appointment. The 2 officers that interviewed me for my green card and citizenship were very nice and friendly. They made the interviews less scary. Side note: if you need to reschedule your interview (citizenship interview in my case), call the number on the interview notice. A representative will send the request over to the local office. You'll get a confirmation email saying they'll honor your request to change the appointment. This means you don't have to go to the interview anymore. They might not schedule you a new interview date until the original one has passed so if this is the case, you can even attend the original interview date if you can make it.

For some unclear reason I got blocked. After days of calling them and the tech support finally they unlocked my account. Since then I was not able continuing my account. It wouldn't allow me to create a new account neither! The had tech support for unemployment department, but no tech support for short term disability department!!! With my broken foot, I had to go to this facility by myself. At 9am there already was a huge line there. The line was outside in freezing cold in January. So many sick and injured people in that line in the cold with no chairs or benches to rest on it. We waited for 3 hours outside and then waited 1 hour inside. After all that torture they told me we cannot help you with your online account at all in here! They simply gave me a blank form and told me go fill out and ask your doctor to complete his portion and send it back to us! Unbelievable!!! Why someone didn't come to the line to at least ask us why we are there and whether we can get the assistance I need there or not? They could also distribute the blank forms to the people in the line so that we didn't have to suffer there for no good reasons!!! Shame on them.

Things my doctor sent on on the 14th of April. Then went to an office in Concord that claimed they were only an office for unemployment, was told to go to Stockton. Then Sacramento. Then San Jose. Currently, I am back to work, yet I am taking days off to ask where is the payment???? I work hard to pay into a system that makes it incredibly hard to get that payment back. I went into the doorway in the San Jose office and read the instructions: 1) sign in... OH BUT THEN WAS YELLED AT BY AN ATTENDANT "GO OUTSIDE AND WAIT IT LINE!!!" Yo! Really??? You literally have signage here that says sign in. Take a number--that's as far as I got in reading before I was rushed out after being reprimanded for entering. Now I am standing outside in the incredibly hot sun with no shade, no water, no bathroom and no Instructions or assurance on next steps with about 50 other people. All of us are confused as they will not speak to us--just yelling "go outside in line!" DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR This is insane. Why are the govt workers so rude, obnoxious, uncaring, not inquisitive, talking to me like I am a child (and not just met, all these people standing out here). HOW DARE YOI TREAT PEOPLE LIKE TRASH! We paid the money into the system, now we cannot get it back??? WHERE DO YOU THINK GOVT SALARIES COME FROM??? #taxes California and the govt SUCK!!!!

I freaked out because my baby was inside the house alone; I ran to my neighbor and asked to use their phone to call my husband but wasn't able to reach him. A few minutes later, I decided to call 911; the operator asked me to wait outside and help is on the way. I kept talking to my baby through the door; I was in tears hoping nothing bad would happen. I waited for about 5min (might be shorter, but it seemed longer when I was anxious), the Santa Clara Fire Department came. They were all very friendly and patience; they calmly asked for detail information about my house and my baby. They tried to find a way in without breaking my doors; they quickly figured out a way to get into the house through a window. As soon as they opened the door for me, I ran to see my baby. Luckily she was safe, enjoying some videos in the high chair. The Fire Fighters didn't just leave right away, instead, they made sure to place the window net back on correctly, said hello to my baby and my dog, as well as checking the smoke protectors at my house. Embarrassingly, all of my smoke protectors were out of batteries; they offered to install new ones but refused to let me pay for them. They also played with my baby and my dog while waiting for the protectors to be installed. Seriously, I haven't seen a group of genuinely nice people in a long while. While I felt very bad for them to come for my stupid mistake, I was very thankful that they were able to rescue us in such a short notice. Thank you Santa Clara Fire Department! You guys are awesome.

Center of Silicon Valley [Santa Clara CA]…read more Home to Santa Clara University, Levi's Stadium, and California's Great America Theme Park, sadly the park will close at the end of this month, October 2025. We had happy childhood memories of running wild at Great America once. Santa Clara is also home to the headquarters of companies such as Intel, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), and Nvidia. I once worked at National Semiconductor Corporation, formerly headquartered in Santa Clara. I was employed there for 10 years, in 2011 they were acquired by Texas Instruments. While working that graveyard shift I also briefly attended Mission College. It was a tough schedule. I finally attended my first NFL game at Levi's Stadium when the Niners played against the Atlanta Falcons. It was a wild atmosphere as the Niners pulled a victory win. During our stay we discovered a restaurant serving a plethora of Filipino favorites. Can't wait to return to Tapsilog Cantina. 2026 will be an unprecedented year of major sports events in Santa Clara and the Bay Area. The City is thrilled to be the host venue, Levi's Stadium, as the region's sports fans welcome both Super Bowl LX and FIFA World Cup in 2026. Review #3949

Long overdue review…read more Quality/Quantity - Another one of my favorite cities. And if you do it right, you get the best of all worlds! City of Santa Clara's utilities (Silicon Valley Power) and Cupertino's school district! Back in the day, anything and everything you could ever want or need was just a 10 minute drive. Back in the day we had season tickets to - Great America, Bonfante Gardens, Monterey Aquarium, etc. Other things to do in SC: Of course they now have Levi Stadium, our 49ers from SF... Visiting missions/churches, so much history. Santa Clara University, museums, parks, SC convention center, Apple campus and visitor center, SJ airport, etc. And for my wife, 10 minutes away is the Valley Fair and Santana Row mall. We used to also have a Vallco shopping center, but that has changed significantly... Atmosphere - 18.3 square miles, of which none of it is water... Population 127K+ (2020 Census) Personally the weather is perfect for me, not too hot and not too cold. But then I am lucky to enjoy and appreciate all 4 climates. I used to love riding my bike (motorcycle) on 1, 9, 35, 84 and 130! Top employers - Applied Materials, Intel, AMD, Kaiser, Nvidia, CA Great America, Dell, etc. Nearby cities - San Jose, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, Mountain View, Saratoga, Los Gatos, and even Morgan Hill. Again, so close to everything! Approximately only an hour+ away, depending on traffic - SF, Half Moon Bay, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, Gilroy, etc. Service - Depends on what you do, eat, or drink. Price - Depends on what you do, eat, or drink. But affordable living for Silicon Valley. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1852.
