Uhaul is very specific about the fact that it wasn't a reservation even though they were glad to take my credit card information and tell me to pick it up at 12:00, it was only an order. Showed up and was told that they didn't have the car dolly I needed. Called customer service and Joe tried to help and told me he would put me in for a $50 credit since the equipment wasn't available. I was then transferred to an area traffic manager that told me the equipment was due to be returned at 1:30. Then she told me I wouldn't be given the $50 credit since it was a same day reservation. Apparently customers only matter if they make the reservation more than a day in advance. I then asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one. After I repeated my request several times I was given the managers #. The manager was just as worthless refusing to do anything to make the situation better and then calling me a liar. The situation could have been easily resolved but it would have cost Uhaul $35 to do so by allowing me a car transport trailer instead of a dolly but that money was way more important to Uhaul than customer service.

They collect taxes on nontaxable labor that is apparently kept by owners. I was charged tax on everything listed on the bill even for damage that did not exist. The owner threatened to have me arrested when I asked to see the nonexistent damage. I was charged a fee for using a credit card and that was taxed. The department of revenue told me that MK Equipment will be audited for failing to pay taxes they charge. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MK EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGAIN.
