She got everything fixed so fast, even with all the many projects, she was obviously juggling. Thank you Murphy's and especially Laura, for making all the weird start to that long work day, actually begin with exemplary customer service and a good laugh. You will never know how much your positivity, amid my dark energy day, meant- and turned everything around.

I burn ethanol free gas in my car. I find I get greater than a 10% mileage increase on the highway…read moredespite putting in 87 octane when the car calls for 91. This Murphy Express offers ethanol free. However, over the past 6 months or so the pumps have been brutally slow. It practically drips out of the hose. This is especially nice when it is 5 degrees outside. So I head into the store and asked the attendant if she knew the pumps were running slow. She says yes. She explains to me this is because when it is cold outside, the ethanol free gas in the ground freezes and doesn't pump very well. I was so completely dumbfounded by this explanation, I just left. I know it's cold and it feels like it's -70.... But it's not. Sure glad the fuel in the tank didn't freeze today. I'd better go get the car in the garage before it does.

I am making a complaint against a worker. My husband and I are door dashers, and we needed to fill…read moreup on water, caffeine and to use the restroom. My husband brought in his reusable very large big gulp personal mug to refill of water. He showed the worker the mug and told him he was getting water. The worker nodded that he saw, as we came to the counter with his mug of ice water(with the lid off to show proof), my Dr pepper, and we were purchasing nicotine pouches. The workers name is Roger (he looked like a messy slob). Roger decided he wanted to state to my husband that he wasn't allowed to bring in his big mug only ever filled with ice water again. His reasoning was that it was to big and he would have to charge him double. My husband explained that it was just water and it went back and forth for over a minute like that. Roger kept getting upset that my husband wasn't backing down over free water. It shouldn't matter what size cup/mug you bring in for free ice water. We were purchasing other things, my husband was honest that he was getting water and he was honest showing him. Roger was totally disgusted( his face showed it all) that he wasn't getting his way over free water. I have worked in retail for over 30 years and that includes pilot/Flying J as a manager which is a huge 24hr truck stop. People would bring in their own personal mugs for water all the time. You never want to treat a customer like that. We were honest! And when we were paying the $11.04 for my soda and my husbands nicotine I put my debit card in the machine and it didn't read it and Roger reached out to grab my card without asking. Needless to say I pulled my hand back...totally rude...don't reach out to snatch it out or my hand that you just argued with us about over free water. Never ever reach for a card until you have permission to touch it. I don't know what he has on his hands, touching dirty money. I don't think he knows what a bar of soap looks like. Don't ever go into your work looking like a slob, shirt all stained hair all greasy and smelling to high heaven. Roger you work with the public and alot of dashers like us go in there to fill up, grab a snack, grab a drink and to use the restroom. Roger be kind to others as we are your paycheck. I wanted to give this loaf n Jug zero stars, however I had to at least put 1 in order to submit this review.

One of the few gas stations in Greeley I actually recommend…read more QuikTrip is one of those places where you can consistently count on everything being clean, stocked, and well-maintained. The pumps are clean, the store is organized, and the service is efficient, so you can actually get in, get what you need, and get back on the road without wasting a bunch of time. What really sets QuikTrip a part is the selection. Everything is always stocked and ready to go, whether you're grabbing a quick snack, a drink, something from the cooler, or food from the roller grill. You don't walk into this place wondering if half the shelves are going to be empty. And the soda fountain? Clean. The restrooms and store? Clean. The pumps? Clean. Everything just feels maintained. It's definitely not one of those gas stations where you pull in for gas and discovered that the roller grill is empty, the coolers are half stocked, and the soda fountain looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the invention of carbonation. If you're looking for affordable gas, a huge selection, and a clean place to grab a quick snack or drink, QuikTrip is definitely worth stopping at. Usually one of my go-to gas stations in Greeley.
