Food was quite good, certainly on par or better than the local competition. We had Aromatic Duck, Chicken in Honey sauce, crispy prawns as a starter... all ok, bit on the greasy side, chicken was quite dry...overall 3 out of 5. BUT... waiting staff performance was severely bad. Constantly forgetting parts of our orders, delivering food without utensils, leaving us several times on our own for 30-40 minutes each time. We ordered a large crispy prawn starter to share and got a pile on one plate, no napkins, side plates. We asked for them, the waitress left to fetch them and never came back... Upon arrival it took them 25 minutes before taking our drink orders...We were almost the only customers in there!!! Absolutely inexcusable! I don't think my family will be coming back anytime soon... Definitivne neomluvitelne.

Prawn Spaghetti was comparable to a medium range restaurant overseas but not above. Goat Cheese Salad was above average and Hamburger was also acceptable but arrived without a skewer and with too much tartare sauce. Overall service was below standard apart from the manager who was very attentive. It appeared out of the 7 staff on duty, at least 4 were in early training as they did not meet the basics i.e knowledge of table numbers & concept of entrée/mains.

We would give them 5 stars, but the chef who i think is also the owner was really unfriendly. We couldn't sit in the terrace because he wouldn't agree to put tables for us together.

Menu a little bit limited but once choice had been made the quality of the dishes are very good. Waiters are attentive but not overly so , wine choice is very good. This time around they even had the lemoncello, although it was kept in fridge rather than freezer. Think again Bodino. If you get a chance to visit Plzen this restaurant is a must!
