I received a phone call at 6:00 p.m. that he got him and served him! FAST, PROFESSIONAL, AMAZING SERVICE! I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the are who needs to have someone served. Where to begin..the one star given is solely because Karen, the owner of this facility, is a…read moredelightful down to earth person. With that being said, she tends to allow her personal life interfere with that of her professional. My experience with her is less than satisfactory. She is not readily available, returns calls days, if not weeks later. She is never prepared on time for a scheduled appointment...seemingly to always be scrambling at the last possible moment to through your material together..leaving you to wait in the waiting room at times for 30-45 mins after your scheduled appointment. Her office is rather disfunctional and in disarray. She has no fax machine and out dated office equipment making it less convenient to relay needed materials . With all of this, i still gave her the benefit of the doubt and have been very patient, i am a companionate person, life does happen. What was the final breaking straw, was when i was told a court document was submitted and 6 weeks after the fact, when no response was made from the courts, and after several attempts to get an answer from Karen, i called the courts myself only to find they were never submitted. When confronted with these issues Karen took offense and had plenty of non relevant excuses, most of which were personal. That is not how you run a successful business. My latest attempts to finish what we started over 2 months ago have still been at a stand still, Karen always says she is swamped with a client and will get back to me( still waiting after 7 days) Aren't I a client ? One who has paid in full for services no rendered? After all my ramblings, i would recommend finding your legal services elsewhere, that is if your wanting something done in a professional manner in a reasonable amount of time.
