I asked some friends that I know go there if they have had the same experience and sure enough they did, they commented about her being on her phone and her tone of voice. They do haircuts and colors and nails too, but I've only had blowouts done here. The one time that I tried a curled/voluminous blowout and my hair fell flat the next day, I just called them and let them know I expected it to last longer, and they redid it for me for free in a sleeker style that worked better for my hair texture. Great customer service right there.
