What the feng? This lady puts the shui in my life's feng shui. I've used previous feng shui…read moreconsultants before her but she was the one who resonated with me the most. The amount of time that she takes to analyze and speak to you about your life and goals are priceless beads of information that she will discuss in your consulatation. Since I consulted with Sasha Lee in 2015 for my parents' home, she mirrored a lot of my concerns about that house. We set up a plan of action then that got me results, so when I changed residence, I knew I needed to consult with her again. She brought Finola with her again (on a crazy rainy and windy day!!) and they analyzed my home...asked me what my goals were and what problems may occur...and gave suggestions. Listening to these wonderful ladies and their suggestions, kept my head busy as far as the short term and long term goals and plans. Don't get me wrong, there is no magic wand that can zap away life's issues. However, if there was some sort of insight you could receive in improving your life's circumstances, why not try feng shui? There are some things you'd have to invest in such as self motivation, being open minded, time, money, and patience to see results. But if you're looking to try classical feng shui...because there is a difference between Western and Classical and I have tried both (I'd go with Classical personally), do an in person consult with her. I have tried to wing it myself and she pointed out on our very first meeting that I probably had a rough month since I placed my fountain in the wrong area...she was right. =) Sometimes there are things in life you can't change and other things you can. Why not change the things that you have control over?

It seems their whole HRIS/General Ledger team has left the organization. I suppose our only recourse is legal or through the BBB at this point. They're expert marketers, and will reassure you of their expertise. They'll do a great job of capturing your needs, promising a solution and outlining a plan. They'll even sign a contract committing to specific deliverables. Just don't fall for it.

They are only interested in woking with clients who need NO and I mean NO personal connection. And if you did want to have a meeting to discuss your taxes they would charge $750+ for a consult. They clearly do not have enough accountants to meet their client's needs. Much of their correspondence was confusing and redundant leaving you confused and distrusting of their business practices. Due to the poor service, late filings, and costly errors, we began looking for a new accounting firm. Just shortly thereafter, we received an email in LATE December they are letting us go along with 300+ other clients. Our accountant did not even have the respect to contact us directly to let us know, we had to learn of this through EMAIL! No thank you for 8 years of using them. In the end, we are relieved to leave BPM and to be working with another firm who values the business relationship and has integrity in looking after our companies financial needs.

Overall, working with Phuong was straightforward. After agreeing on an estimated cost, Phuong invited me to a secure portal to upload all of my documents. Alongside, Phuong provided a checklist to help guide all of the files/info that you should consider uploading. This was very efficient and helped expedite the process. From beginning to end, it took only a few weeks. It would've gone much faster, but I was delayed in uploading documents, so I caused the delay. Alongside, Phuong answered one-off questions as needed and quickly. And I had a lot of questions! But Phuong was always willing to help. The best part? Phuong confirmed I was actually owed a refund. I was stunned. Is there any better result than that? Of course, this means my quarterly payments were on target, but I'm not sure I would've reached the same result on my own.
