I don't care if you don't have a lot of time or if you're busy, customer service is customer service, if you're going to answer the phone, at least have the effort to be professional. In general their pricing is reasonable and if it is a more complex problem with your car you can usually leave it with them and they will fix it within the same day (unless they need to order in parts for you, in which case it will take longer). Being a woman I often worry that I will be ripped off by garage owners who think that I may not know anything about cars. I do think these guys are genuine and not con artists (obviously they are a business so want to make money) and only do what is necessary to ensure your car runs smoothly!
