Had a puncture this morning and suffered an appalling service from the RAC who eventually took me…read morethere 3 hours after I called them to kwik fit as my tyre could not be repaired and my car does not have a spare. i was feeling pretty low by the time I got there but they were absolutely golden and changed my tyre really quickly with a lovely customer service. Had 2 Tyres done about 3- months ago & they took ages to do this simple job!…read moreShould have known better but went back for another 2 Tyres recently and although having just one car on the ramps the member of staff said he couldn't check my Tyres for about 2 hours as they were too busy! They seem to think the world evolves around them and everyone has plenty of time to wait around... Not me'! I will not use this branch again.
