I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Joseph Beck for his immediate, effective legal…read moreassistance that resulted in swift resolution. I hired Mr. Beck to navigate the process of a very serious legal issue that came up very suddenly. I was given his name from a top attorney in criminal law in the Portland area. I appreciated the free consultation with Mr. Beck before my decision to hire him. It was clear that his expertise in explaining the legal process, the team approach at Harris Velazquez Gibbons, and providing a strategy greatly reduced my anxiety. It then allowed me to focus my energies to help with the strategy. I highly recommend Mr. Beck for his exemplary professionalism, expertise, and efficiency as an attorney.

Pretty sure people that are calling in for an attorney are already feeling overwhelmed and desperate for help and to then have attitude is absolutely unacceptable. The last straw for me with this firm was being told I'd hear from one of the attorneys shortly and they just never called me at all. I would recommend giving your finances to any other firm besides this one. I expect way better for people that are taking so much of my money.

This law firm is complete and absolute trash. I went through them to represent me in a felony case…read moreand they gave me Anna Lasher for representation. She sought out a plea bargain for me that back dated my credit for time served so I would get the credit for the year I had already been incarcerated. Come to find out that my plea agreement wasn't lawful or legal. So then after finding out that Oregon department of corrections wouldn't honor my plea agreement me and my family called and called to ask Anna Lasher to simply go to bat for me and get me the credit for time served that she, the prosecuting attorney, and judge all signed off on she blew me and my family off and wouldn't return our calls. Going through these people was a costly decision and the worst decision I've ever made because it cost me an entire year of my life that I will never get back. If you're considering hiring these people or Anna Lasher herself, just save your money because you'll end up needing it while you're in prison anyway. You would have a better chance at winning your case by representing yourself or even hiring someone from your nearest homeless encampment to represent you in court. Absolutely and completely incompetent at their jobs.
