2view acted as tho they would do anything for us, the house needed work doing this took several months to actually do, a lot of phone calls, emails and they sent the same 2 people round to do everything. not skilled what so ever. Everything was a problem for them, as if we were an inconvienience to their job. didnt get room keys till February March (we moved in the July before) thats how long we had been bugging them. a lot of issues with them inbetween but then come time to collect my belongingst (a week before meant to be out) I walk into the flat, smell paint every were had been painted, we had not been notified, walked into my bedroom(which was left locked when i left, instead it was unlocked obv by 2view) my bed was moved into the middle of the floor, covers messed up, all my nice expensive cushions all over, some of the floor and under my bed covered in dust, stuff from my friends room next door in my room, stuff all over the floor so my belongings had been touched, when confronting 2view they advised the door been unlocked was not a security issue i dont agree i dont know whos in and out of that house when im not there and i have personal things in my room so if i decide i want my door locked why im not thre, it stays locked. On top of the absolute mess of my room, it had been painted when i arrived home find paint brush marks on my cushion which was really expensive, my bed thro, my pillow covers and my towels. its took nearly 2 months for me to get any compensation to replace these items which i got told would be fine, will replace everything or give compensation to cover the costs. a month later im still waiting, they ignore my phone calls and emails. so unprofessional for the amount of money they get from students. THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR STUDENTS SO I WOULD DEFINATELY GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. no worth the stress, you get treat like crap.
