Then tried to make me take down my reviews with a Fake Refund offer. For more info see below. Ok, so i had left a Review a few days ago, and in Good Faith removed it per Shake the house request. But they have since decided they don't want to honor this, so Here is the Story. I Hired them to do a "Deep Clean" of my late Grandfathers home after he passed so we could sell the home. Invoice clearly states what is expected. They set a date, I paid and all seemed well. Date of Cleaning came, they were 2 hours late - Got lost? Then had to leave and come back in another 2 days to finish up ( was not told why, they just said need more time). They came back, spend 4 hours and said hey were done. I came to look at the property and found rubbish still on the ground, Base Boards not touched, Cabinets not wiped out and Cobwebs on the walls and Corners. ( They did do a great job on the 1 Fireplace I asked them to clean ) Informed them of my displeasure, and This is when Dasha ( I assume head cleaner reached out and asked for another try) I was hesitant to let them out a 3rd time but after speaking with Dasha, I decided to let them try one more time. Dasha arrived and I had mentioned I wanted the carpets shampooed, but it was not on the invoice and she said she could do that as an apology for all the trouble. once again I am told its done ( but there was one corner of the master bedroom she could not reach as she didn't have an extension cord and the home was 2 prong. :| So I arrive, there were still sticky spots on the floor, baseboards in some of the rooms looked better, but still had dust on Ceiling fans, Cabinets were not wiped out and Still had cobwebs on the wall. ( specifically in the Dining room a big one just on the wall at Eye level ) not like they missed a Corner but didn't wipe down the walls. and It looks like they may have damaged a Screen door. All of these things I have been asking them to do are part of the invoice I was provided. Spoke with Dasha, who then said She did her best and that if more time is needed it would normally be an upcharge ( I was never offered this in the 3 times they were out) and the invoice is more of a "We will try and get to these but if we run out of time may not" I said that's not what I read, At this point I say I would like a Full refund, and she states well they can refund minus the cost of expenses. We talked thru that. and it would end up being $66 refund of the $345. thats less than what was offered the first time I express my displeasure. At this point I said I would like 90% of it refunded, and Dasha switches to I need to stop communicating with her as she is a Woman and I am a Man ...? ok, They did offered to give me a "Refund" if I removed my review ( Google,Facebook, Angies list, and BBB) The Form they wanted me to sign was a bit vague, and Before I would take down my reviews I wanted it to be clear that they would be giving me a Full refund or at least the amount they would be refunding. At this point they said " We do not sign agreements with customers. We appreciate the honest reviews and your concern with removing them. " and I have not got anything back from them since. So I will be taking them to small claims court due to services not provided.

I highly recommend Impressions Painting. One of the best experiences with a contractor I've ever…read morehad. They are a professional, well-run family business. I recently had them paint the entire exterior of my house, using 3 colors, after a prior painter did not have the skill level to do the job correctly and the results were unacceptable. I needed a company who could correct their mistakes. Impressions did not disappoint and their quote was among the most reasonable after I interviewed 7 other local painters and/or painting companies! (I also had Impressions do some interior work and the results inside are excellent as well). The owner, Emmanuel, and I did an initial walk around, and he captured everything in our contract. He is very thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. He listened to me carefully and provided feedback and solutions for moving forward to correct the mistakes the other painter had made. The mistakes were centered around painting the frames of "Fibrex" windows by Renewal by Andersen. Andersen offers little information or guidance on how to paint their proprietary fiberglass and wood fiber window frames and the frames are tricky to paint, as I found out the hard way. I asked Impressions if they would perform a test on one of the ruined windows that I saved, just to make sure their approach would be successful, and they were happy to oblige. The test went well, and we proceeded with the entire job. Once the Impressions crew began the job, here's what impressed me: 1. Work Ethic. The work ethic and responsiveness of the entire crew and production manager was admirable. They showed up on time and worked very hard all day long. They were agreeable and did other little things like installing new weatherstripping on the garage doors. 2. Skill level and ability. The crew all knew what they were doing. The results bear that out. Everything looks beautiful. Lines are straight. The crew also performed carpentry work that included replacing siding and tearing out and replacing a rotted chicken foot support on a porch roof. They sourced and bought the material. There was no need for any subcontractors. The crew also trimmed siding along the bottom edge of our dormers to create a channel of sorts, so rainwater would flow freely down the roof shingles and not be absorbed by the siding, which can damage the siding. 3. Respect. The crew was friendly and respected our home and property. They weren't messy as they worked - they always had a trash bag nearby to keep tape or paper scraps from blowing around the yard. If they were spraying, they covered the area in plastic and were mindful of not letting any overspray get on anything else. They cleaned up every day at the end of the day, neatly storing their ladders and gear, and they asked us about the best place to store things, making sure we were okay with what they were doing, etc. They were communicative, and Jonathan the production manager was either on site or available to answer questions by phone or text, or to act as an intermediary/translator between me and the crew if needed. And they were really nice to our dog. :) 4. Thoroughness. Several times during the job, the production manager and I walked around the entire property to review the progress, and to make sure the crew hadn't missed anything. In the final walk around, anything that needed attention or touching up was addressed. Nothing was left undone. We are VERY happy with the results. Our home looks great. My confidence in the company's ability to do a great job grew more and more each day they were here. If you're getting bids for a painting job, I would definitely recommend you include Impressions Painting on your short list. Good Luck!

The…read moresofa was transported without any protective wrapping, and several other items were packed carelessly. After the damage occurred, I learned that Angel does not carry insurance to protect customer belongings while they are in his care, custody, and control - something that most professional movers provide. Angel offered a repair, but the information he provided about the repair shop could not be verified. The business name, address, and phone number did not match any legitimate listing. He referred me to a repair person, and I made four separate attempts to gather basic information -- one phone call and three follow-ups. During our initial call, the repairer became defensive when I asked for standard details such as his full name, before-and-after photos of similar leather repairs, or client references. He said he would send photos but never did. My follow-up messages went unanswered even after four attempts. At no point was l able to obtain credentials, a portfolio, references, or any verifiable proof that this individual was qualified to perform a leather repair. Without that information, I could not move forward with the repair option that was presented. Because I was unable to verify the repairer's qualifications and could not reach a credible resolution, l am now pursuing formal avenues for resolution. I'm sharing my experience so future customers can make informed decisions.
