The floor was very uneven and held water. We simply wanted a drainage system put in to help the water drain to the sump pump. They came out, trenches he floor, then packed the trenches with pea gravel. Needless to say, the next rain came and with it the water. And there it sat.I called them back and questioned the gravel but he tried to tell me it was draining. It wasn't. Long story short, it never did. I tried to get a refund, or at least a partial but the owner became belligerent, even threatening that if I "tried to go to take it to court I would be sorry"He went on to claim he knew his way around the court system. We finally got a partial refund. On the plus side we were able to re work the system and no more standing water. Would NOT recommend!
