The owners were incredibly helpful and shared so much knowledge about the craft and history behind the pieces, which made our experience even more special. We purchased a stunning Hobie men's silver bracelet, and for my birthday I chose two gorgeous pairs of earrings and a turquoise and silver bracelet. If I could give this place a negative star review, I would. Came in simply to get information on some Navajo items, I was ignored when trying to ask a question, when I finally was able to get help, the woman at the middle counter was incredibly rude. Absolutely profiling me as a young woman coming in with fake items, saying it wasn't stamped and it was most likely nickel plated. She treated us as if we were a waste of her time, like what I had was worthless when in fact it has a sterling stamp, and the Harry Morgan stamp which they also didn't seem to know who that was. As a store specializing in native jewelry, you would think they would know exactly who that was. Mind you, I wasn't here to sell, I was here to be directed on where to go/how I could care for them. If you want to be judged/profiled before you even get to speak to someone, this is your place. Other than that, I wouldn't spend a dime here or waste your time walking in. Rudest customer service experience I ever encountered, for simply trying to get information or directed. Since these items are worth upwards of 5k-10k. When I asked if these could be cleaned by a regular jeweler or someone who specializes in vintage native jewelry cleaning, she responded with "well why wouldn't you be able to go to a regular jeweler to get it cleaned." But hey, that's fine! Genuinely so disappointed on the lack of respectful communication over very polite and simple questions. To the white haired lady behind the middle counter, you need a serious lesson in respect and compassion, especially if you're going to work with the public. -1000000 stars from me, highly highly do not recommend. read more

A BEAUTIFUL STORE WITH GREAT POSSIBILITIES! Two Feathers Gallery is located in the heart of historic Melbourne. It is a real cool shop that features Native American jewelry and western inspired clothing, boots, art and other items. They had gorgeous sterling silver pieces and every possible stone color including orange, turquoise, lime green, red and unique black and white pieces. If you are interested in unique jewelry pieces and love boldness and color, you should check out this store as they have necklaces, slides, earrings, bracelets and rings. It is really a great store and the employee was so gracious and generous with her time and the store. I was allowed to freely take photos which is so important when you want to promote a newly discovered business. Photos really help to whet the appetite and get people excited about the possibilities. Pricey, but certainly very unique items and I have purchased several pieces which get complimented over and over. Native American theme for those who like that sort of thing, although I purchased more modern pieces. I saw the White "Buffalo" Turquoise display at the Melbourne Airport, (coming from VA). It was absolutely beautiful! I knew I had to have a ring for my collection. I called and inquired. Carolyn was a true joy! I took someone I met on my trip with me, and they agreed. We got lost and she waited way pass closing time to accommodate us! Needless to say, I left there with a BEAUTIFUL White "Buffalo" Turquoise ring (Bill Mex), the sterling silver detailing is quite the accent ! I first went to Two Feathers Gallery a year ago. Stunning and unique jewelry that is of the highest quality. Yes, it is somewhat pricey but it's affordable. It's worth EVERY CENT! I haven't yet seen lower- priced similar jewelry somewhere else that doesn't look cheap. My twin brother bought several pieces from the very helpful Diana. As we exited the store, I promptly turned around and picked out several pieces of gorgeous Gaspeite and silver jewelry to purchase! I saw a show case for this business in the Melbourne Airport and thought it would be a good place to buy a birthday gift for my wife. I went to the address and it was an empty store. It started to rain, so I waited in the doorway for the rain to pass and luckily noticed the Gallery across the street. So, first of all, what kind of business advertises with the wrong address in the ad? I walk across the street, enter the store where there was a customer chatting with a person behind the counter. I walked around the store looking at the merchandise for about ten minutes while the two women just chatted without anything being purchased. I was never asked if I could be helped, just ignored.
