After several texts and phone conversations, I showed up to have XPEL XR Plus 70 film applied to my…read morewindows. The owner/manager was not there. Just a young kid that stopped what he was doing to help me. I asked to see the film that would be applied, and he showed my a box of clear tint, but could not tell me anything about it. So we called Naus (sp), and I asked him about the authenticity of the XPEL film. He could not answer my questions either. When he showed up to the shop 25 minutes later, he had no idea how to show me he was putting on the film I asked for. Then, he goes on to tell me he doesn't carry the XPEL XR Plus 70 film, but he had "88." I was unhappy with being totally misled or scammed into coming there and wasting a lot of time. I have checked, and XPEL does not make a 88 film, so he lied to me. On XPEL's website when you search for an authorized installer, this company is not on that list. I strongly suggest consumer steer far away from this place.

In the first…read moresituation we were inside eating and when we came out, the front passenger side quarter panel was dented in. There was a note under the wiper that said, "Ding bumper. SRY" and that was it. We had to pay out of pocket as the at fault party didn't leave a phone number or contact info at all. Fuji recognized this and did the work for a very reasonable amount. The vehicle came out looking like new and the paint was a perfect match. The second time we used his shop we were hit by someone who moved into our lane after not checking her blind spot. This time we were able to get the other drivers insurance and, after dealing with that pain and supply chain shortages and blah blah blah, decided to try Fuji's rather than the shop the insurance company wanted to use. Not only did the work come out great, but he got it dome 45 days BEFORE the shop that the insurance company was going to send us to. Barbara in the office got all the paperwork handled promptly and even gave me a ride to pick up my rental car when I dropped off my car for the repairs. Fuji and his team are professionals and straight shooters. They do great work are easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone needing auto body work from an honest team that will meet your expectations.
