They walked me through what to expect over the phone, gave me an accurate time estimate, and the driver who came was knowledgeable and careful with my vehicle. Really a trustworthy company.

After calling him based on his reviews, he answered and told me my estimated time would be 45 minutes and that was exactly true. This is after being led on and cancelled on a few times from other companies. Not being from Miami, it was frustrating so his responsiveness and attitude was refreshing. Quickly got my car out of the garage and to the dealership. Great personality and conversation with him so I would highly recommend over some of the other towing companies. Se los recomiendo si necesitan que les remolquen el carro. Muy amable. Habla español e inglés. Nos sacó de paso cuando nos falló la camioneta en el medio de la I-75. The gentleman in the truck (I believe he was the owner) helped me evaluate the oil level in my car, determined it was only a little low, topped me off and let me know it was safe to drive the car. He wouldn't let me pay him anything and didn't try to scare me into paying for a tow service I didn't need. I have to highly recommend their services as trustworthy and ethical. He could have easily scammed me and didn't.

I was working in the area one time and I parked somewhere that I always would park in my car but this day specifically I was driving my older brother's vehicle. My vehicle was currently at the dealership being worked on. These guys decided to tow my older brother's car and when I realized after work, these guys have taken my car and they gave me a bullshit excuse on why they took it. I sat at work for three hours waiting for them to release my vehicle. They charged me around 300 to 400$ When I asked them to give me an explanation, why they told the car the owner looked at me and told me that he's been giving me warnings the past couple days not to park there but that's a complete lie because I never got any warning and I wasn't in my vehicle, I was my older brother's car so that then in there, I saw that they were lying and trying to make money off of me. They were scouting me from a corner and saw that I was a young guy, and they took advantage of it. So please be careful with these guys. These guys are complete liars and manipulators. I've been trying to sue them for the past 23 years because I do not believe these type of people deserve power whatsoever. They are using their towing services to take advantage of people and they try to make as much money off of you as they can. The only good person in there is a female, but she can't say much or help you because she depends on that job. Again, I am not a bot like the bots that they have in their reviews. These are all close friends of theirs and Bause that have given that place a good review in order for the company to keep running. They're gonna try to keep me quiet by reading this post and saying it's all a lie, but I have proof of anyone wants to see Like I said I've been trying to sue these people for a while now I am coming after them. they think they could just mess with anyone and we'll get away with it and that is not true. I hope they read this and shit themselves because I hate them.

It's fun being the new kid in town. Until something goes wrong…read more That's me! New in town without a list of established service providers. So you can imagine how bummed I felt when I walked out of Publix and discovered my car wouldn't start. A helpful do-gooder mechanic-hobbiest-type saw my distress and tried to jump my car with his cables. No go. He was able to establish with a gauge conveniently stowed in his trunk that my battery was fine. Damn. He thought it might be the car's starter, but didn't have one of those. Nor did he have other recommendations or a referral. Damn again. I called an auto repair shop that serviced my car a few months ago. The shop was certain they could fix what ever ails the car, but I'd have to bring it in. They don't operate a towing service. They could recommend one, though. Goodie! Yay! They called that towing service but the gentleman who operates it doesn't work weekends. Damn, once again. So, with 32% of the power remaining in my iPhone, I consulted Yelp for a tow. That's how I found Rico. Rico asked me a few pertinent questions, then I asked Rico a few pertinent questions. It was a Match. Yippee! "When can you be here?" I asked Rico. "I'm in West Palm, it'll be about an hour and a half." He told me he received a lot of calls that morning in West Palm. Lucky Rico. Business is good. "That's a long time to wait. You've got a great reputation so let me call you back if I'm unable to find another provider." "OK," Rico replied. I charged ahead calling company after company receiving no answer or inflated prices or replies indicating my lack of importance to the Universe. My phone was losing its charge, and I remembered what a good match Rico was. So I called Rico back and his timeline had shortened. He could meet me in an hour. And he did. He showed up at Publix parking lot, backed up to my car when an apparatus reminiscent of The Transformers extended from the back of his truck, enveloping my rear tires. "Cool!" Rico exited his truck, introduced himself, shook my hand, and did the other stuff necessary to secure my ailing car for its trip to the repair shop. All the while we exchanged polite chit chat. I asked him if he minded taking the car to the repair facility without me. "No problem," Rico told me. I handed him cash, shook his hand, and watched him drive off. Rico made this a painless transaction. He was quick, efficient, and competent. I'm glad to say I've finally begun my approved service provider list for my new town. And Rico is at the top. Thank you, Rico...

Well, I'm very happy that someone I know referred Last Towing to us on Monday of this week as we were stuck when my car unexpectedly shut off. I called the number and a very kind and professional woman answered (tow truck driver's wife, Maria) she was super helpful and took my information. In 20 minutes, Humberto, truck driver and owner, showed up. Took my car to the mechanic of my choice and only charged me $75 flat fee! As you know if you have ever needed a tow, it is usually $100 and up depending on distance. Not only that, but Humberto was great. Incredible Customer service skills. The mechanic I took my car to could not gix my problem, so I again called Last Towing to be at the mechanic at 8:30 am the next day and transfer my car to the dealer, which was far. Again the flat fee was inly $75. He was on time, and courtious. I had to let everyone know that if you ever need a tow truck, this is your best option! I will definitely use them again.
