I had to send him a photo and ask what happened before he finally told me what happened. He said he'd get another one and replace it on Sunday (originally did the service on a Thursday). I reach out to him Monday because I have not heard anything, and again he said he forgot to let me know but the clean out cap size was not normal when he measured it and that he was currently at Home Depot looking for the right size. This was Monday night. I have cameras overlooking my property, including my yard, and I have no video of him ever visiting my house on Sunday. Will update this review when he fixes my clean out cap in the yard. If it's still a 1 star, he never came back to fix it. Do with this review what you will. UPDATE! He fixed it. Lol. All is well. He did a great job on our lawn, communicated over all very well and he did just what he said he would do. Will definitely consider using him again in the future!
