They resell carpets from Shaw and dealing with a warranty claim is more than difficult! The story- I tested the sample for bleach resistance. About 2 yrs after installation, I had to add bleach to my cleaning water. The carpet lost color. Meh, OK. The carpet was matted and not cleanable by 5 yrs in on a 10 yr warranty. I pulled the carpet out and put in hardwood. The store owner hemmed and hawed. Somehow it was MY fault and they're not going to honor any warranty issues. I will go to Echo Flooring next time. The buyer there says that dealing direct with Shaw, they have had fantastic warranty service. Buying through Carpet One, you get nada.

Bill at Winner Carpet One pointed us in the direction of something nice and affordable. I removed all the old carpet and padding myself, scheduled installation and it was flawless. Couldn't be happier with the new look of the room and the comfort the new carpet is providing.
