Business locked the door closing as soon as we walked up, early on a Friday night. I just wanted to purchase piercing jewelry and I singled to the lady my earring. Lady, again shook head saying "no, we are closed". Thx, but wouldn't recommend this place due to your lack of customer service! Nic, Thank you for your response. If I had been given a chance to tell the lady that I just wanted to buy jewelry you would've had a quick and easy sale, and happy customer who would recommend the business. I cannot recommend this place enough! My partner and I came for our first piercings ever (other than my pierced ears from childhood) and we were both very nervous. Nic was talked us through every step of the way and helped us become comfortable. Very professional, friendly and even though I'm not looking to get anything else pierced anytime soon, I'm kind of considering it just to come back! The jewelry is high quality and if you go on Tuesday, it is all very affordable as well! I think we paid $70 for basic ear piercings and a nose ring. My partner also had an issue when a stud fell out before the ear had healed and Nic went out of his way to help out and get the situation fixed (he charged $5 for a new stud, which was only to cover the cost of the earring). I went to Twisted Vision to get my ears pierced and Nic does such a good, thorough job! He's super kind and walks you through each step so you know what's going on and is very clean and neat. He explains and shows that everything is sanitized and that the needles are thrown away after use. Also, if there's anything wrong with the piercing or you have any concerns he encourages you to reach out to him and also offers to change the jewelry for free if you come in. Nick was super nice he did both my piercings I chose an industrial and snake bites ! The shop was super clean. Honestly I don't even think I saw a spec of dirt. The staff was super friendly. My high functioning autistic husband was talking nicks ear off and nick talked to him about everything every question my husband had nick answered so politely.
