I heard they sold products that were opened/used. The old management was great. I heard they got caught up in a sting and had to let people go. I won't be surprised if they have legal issues coming their way soon.

Whitney did my piercing and helped me decide exactly where it should go; she was extremely helpful as I have never done anything on cartilage. It was very quick and easy, and didn't hurt at all. She also helped me out with another issue I was having. If you go to this shop for a piercing, Whitney is your girl!! I will be going back to her again for sure. I paid beforehand and it was a bit more expensive than I expected ($50 plus $10 for the jewelry I wanted), but I am so happy with my experience!! I highly highly recommend this shop, even if you're a newbie like I am. Very clean, everyone is super nice, and the receptionist even took a picture of my friend and I for us!

This is extremely disappointing. Tried to get a hold of them on the phone and no answer. Unless someone can remedy this I won't be going back Updated 12/11: went in to exchange and the only one they had left was also melted and all on the side of the rosin... this is beyond disappointing. One of the most expensive places around to buy rosin and now 3 different occasions I have got an inferior product. And then being told other stores don't have any and they could exchange it for diamonds(a much lesser product) probably won't be back unfortunately hate that the quality has fallen to the wayside Also attached a photo of what rosin is supposed to look like and what they gave me

I've never had any issues with this business. HOWEVER in the last 2 months somebody recently hired (very feminine looking male with a ponytail, looks like a Discord mod whose name is probably Gary or Billy) has made coming here a customer service nightmare. I've never had as many issues with a customer service employee ANYWHERE IN MY LIFE than with this dude. He has in no particular order: -Made up prices on the spot without scanning the product, then nearly doubled the price after it was scanned and he increased it (???) -Been nothing but rude to me (actually cursed at me while I was trying to be polite, refused service to me while I was trying to pay) -Denying the credibility of my past veteran status for a simple 10% discount (prior Air Force for 14 years and still carry an active VA card/expired CAC) I sincerely dislike having to write this as I said. I've been a frequent recurring customer and have had no issues with anyone else here (have even met/spoke with the owner a few times while he was working/stocking who genuinely seems like a cool dude). With that said I have now taken my THC addiction down the street and I 100% RECOMMEND going 1-2 blocks down the street (maybe a 3 minute walk) to SMOKE & VAPE DZ- BLOOM. Not only are their prices on the same exact products cheaper, but they have an INSANELY higher selection of items to choose from and their employee didn't insult or call me names.
