Gilbert made explained the differences between each model and we came with some research of our own. Ended up buying a 2022 SeaDoo GTR 230 and 2023 Spark Trixx as well as a double ski trailer. His crew gave us the white glove service including installing the spare tire mount, ski covers, adjusting the position of the mounts on the trailer... they absolutely rock. Shout out to Kricket in the finance dept., she was fun to work with even though I did not need financing. She did explain the extended warranty and was very honest about how it works and the value it provides. Unfortunately we don't need any more skis in the near future, but this will 100% be my place for Sea-Doo accessories and other off-roading equipment. I trust these guys and they have earned a 5.

I have rarely encountered a business owner who was so petty, rude, and intentionally inconsiderate…read moretoward customers of a neighboring business. I went to the pet food store next door and parked completely within the lines, roughly halfway between the two businesses. The parking lot was nearly empty--maybe five cars total, with plenty of open spaces available. The owner of this upholstery business apparently didn't like that I had parked near his store, so he deliberately moved his white utility van extremely close to the driver's side of my car--so close that I could not get into my vehicle. I initially went into the pet food store to ask if the van belonged to them. The owner told me it belonged to the upholstery business next door. When I explained that the van had been parked so close that I couldn't get into my car, his response was basically, "Yeah," which certainly gave me the impression that this kind of behavior may not be a surprise. I then went next door and calmly asked the upholstery shop owner if it was his van. He rudely answered, "Yes." I explained that it was parked so close to my car that I couldn't get in. Instead of simply apologizing and moving it, he stared me down and said, "I'm parked in the lines." I told him I was also parked within the lines, but I still couldn't physically get into my car. I have a disabled license plate, which was clearly visible, and that apparently made no difference to him. He finally snatched up his keys, huffed and puffed, and went outside to move the van. As we walked out, he complained, "You parked right next to my exit door." I didn't argue with him. I simply waited for him to move his vehicle. Again, I wasn't blocking his door, I was parked legally within a marked parking space, and there were plenty of other spaces available. But what really confirmed for me that this wasn't accidental happened after I left. He then positioned his van extremely close to another vehicle, backing in next to a car that was also backed into its space in a way that appeared intended to make it extremely difficult for that driver to get back into their vehicle. That says everything. If you're running a business in a shared shopping center, you don't get to punish people for legally parking in spaces you apparently consider "yours." You certainly don't intentionally make it difficult for customers--including a disabled customer--to access their vehicles because you're irritated about where they parked. This kind of petty, hostile behavior doesn't just reflect poorly on his own business; it potentially hurts every other business in that complex. I genuinely feel bad for the neighboring tenants who may have customers chased away because one business owner has decided to play parking-lot enforcer. Professionalism costs nothing. Neither does basic human decency. Based on my experience, I saw very little of either here.

Dropped off 2 PWC cylinders on JULY 20TH to be blasted, bored, honed, and decked. Was given an…read moreestimate that they would work on them AUG 11TH and should have them done mid to late Aug. Called them on AUG 23RD and was told they blasted them and should be a few more weeks. Ok, no big deal I understand delays happen. Called again multiple times in mid/late Sept and got the same response. I'm starting to get a little frustrated at this point. Called again beginning of October and the same thing "the tech is measuring them and we should know in the next few days what pistons you need, I will call you once I know more". By now boating season is wrapping up. Finally said screw it and drove to the shop and picked them up OCT 24TH. During the span of 3 months, I never received 1 call about the status of the work, delays, or any info. Clearly my business is not important to them so I decided to take it elsewhere. I've been more than patient and understanding about the delays, but at a certain point I'm tired of being lied to. If you're a racer or have a trip or some sort of hard deadline you need a project finished by, I'd recommend going elsewhere. Also, in regards to the media blasting that they did do, I was told the coolant passages would be cleaned out and cylinder looking like new. Still lots of paint and corrosion everywhere on the cylinders and coolant passages. Lack of attention to detail and care for the customer. Will never do business with them and do not recommend.
